Asking God or the Universe can make you happier

Spirituality can be very practical and it can encompass all aspects of life. It doesn’t need to be compartmentalized away from everyday life, and many people know this, and work with their spirituality in life all the time.

There is a lot of information and knowledge that people consider is spiritual in nature, though it might not apply to everyday life. For instance, how does knowing that energy is all around us help or influence how we live and what we do? Some people talk about portals, gateways and vortices, and consider information about them as important, or regard themselves as being “awakened” or “enlightened” (and others not). There are a whole bunch of other ideas to be found under the umbrella of spirituality, and people take on board those ideas they want to and reject those they don’t agree with.

What I’m interested in right now is how spirituality is linked with everyday life and how it helps people live and be happy and fulfilled. If you go on social media, it is easy to come across people on spiritual groups who are depressed or feeling miserable, or who are angry and some who are aggressive and attacking others.

The way I see it, if following some spiritual ideas make your aura grow and glow and look vibrantly healthy, then they are great ideas. If they help you to approach life in a way that your life works and you are happy and fulfilled then they are great spiritual ideas. We are here in physical reality for a reason, and when we have great spiritual concepts to live by, then we look energetically great, and life works. Life is a great place to test ideas out to see if they actually work. Caveat: if we have some negative karma to go through and so balance out from previous lives, we might not feel good and life might be bumpy, but at least we are going through the process of balancing, which is healthy in the end.

Even in cases of going through the negative karma, useful spiritual concepts can help us get it that it’s not all God’s fault, and we avoid just basically showing we don’t understand about karma. Useful spiritual concepts can instead help us to have inner strength and recognise and bring in the support that is actually available.

This isn’t new stuff, and it isn’t a secret (although if anyone wants me to wrap it up in mystique and say it’s exclusive and charge them a lot for it I can).

Basically there is God, and in fact our souls are all bits of God (which is why after a while, a long while of being through many lifetimes on the spiritual journey, the soul actually really gets it and thinks “I AM God”, but the focus right now is on everyday life).

Gods loves us totally though it might not feel like that because of karma and how rough it feels sometimes as we go through the negative karma, although unpleasant and painful situations can focus us on God. If life was pleasant all the time, the usual result so far has been for souls, for people, to forget about God. Perhaps this might change.

With God loving us, we can ask God for things. We can ask for advice. God knows us better than we know ourselves. God also knows what it is we actually need in order to be happy. God knows what physical things we need, and why. God knows the best ways to be to be as happy and as healthy as we can be. God knows the job or jobs we need to do in order to be happy and “successful” whatever that is going to mean for us. If you run your own business, well, there are people who consider God as their go-to business partner for ideas and solutions. People ask for things in meditation, and notice any responses which may be visual, or something spoken, or an image mixed with a feeling. They don’t force a response, they just open, relax and wait, or let the response pop in as they go through their lives. It helps to have the space and time to be receptive, so being on the smartphone all the time is the opposite of smart.

Some people find it difficult to relate to God, so they put out their request to that nebulous idea of “the Universe”, and let “the Universe” give them feedback. Makes you wonder if “the Universe” is something to do with God, perhaps.

The above is deliberate and conscious asking. Putting the thought out deliberately. But there is something else happening at the same time. There is a lot of thinking going on that isn’t deliberate. There might be habitual patterns of thinking happening as well, all…the…time. There might (will) be thinking going on subconsciously. These thoughts might be at odds to the deliberate thinking and requests going out.

Now energy follows thought. So when you think something strongly, and particularly if you think something habitually and repeatedly, a lot of energy goes out with that thought to God, or if you prefer, to the Universe. God, or the Universe if you like, gives you back what you think. So if you give out mixed messages, then the results coming back are not going to be clear.

Unhelpful habitual and subconscious thinking is like a long train travelling at speed. It keeps on going. As do your thoughts. You can change your thinking by deliberately thinking more helpful thoughts, repeatedly and over a long period of time. It’s a bit like putting the brakes on that long train. It takes a while for it to slow and stop, then go in the direction you want. It’s not impossible, and other people have done it, by being persistent and never giving up.

The other way people have quick results regardless of what they think about the situation or themselves is by believing. They believe that for God, anything is possible (so long as they ask for what God knows is right for them). They have faith. They know that God can deliver. Without necessarily knowing about it, the use or invoke the Law of Faith, which overrides any negative thinking and, it is done. So people who have faith in some kind of Higher Power are likely to have a life where things just happen for them. They ask for something, let go of the situation, and let God get to work, knowing God does it in the right time and right way.

Having this knowledge and this ability to Trust, to have faith, makes life a whole lot more fun, and relaxing. The key to this is just discussing things with God or the Higher Power or the Universe, and then asking, then letting go of the how and the when, and being happy and trusting. Is that so hard?

Now there are other things that make a person’s aura grow and glow. I’ll mention them here but maybe discuss them later. One, no gossiping, which discolours your aura and gives you unpleasant cordings and a bad case of low vibrational aura. Two, thinking positively of people and yourself brightens things up. Three, forgiveness. Four, gratitude; count your blessings. Five, giving, which might be money, gifts, a smile, positive words, or some help. Six, give yourself time to recharge. Seven, do the things that you enjoy and make you feel happy and excited.

Ten Tips For Fulfilling Meditation

People are drawn to meditation for any number of reasons. If they stay with meditation, what they can build is a wonderful connection with their inner selves. Over time, this deepened connection helps improve their everyday life in subtle and noticeable ways.

Meditation can help to release stress and prevent it. It can lead to relaxation and a sense of peace and well-being. Meditation can enable a person to put life’s challenges and problems into perspective and even sometimes be the source of solutions. Meditation can help us live life with a sense of balance and peace. This in turn can help us be more effective at life, as well as help us experience a rich, inner life. And if we want it, meditation can be the doorway to so much more.

There are many methods and schools of meditation. Fulfilling meditation though is actually fairly straightforward to achieve, bearing in mind the following ten points. By putting into practice some or all of these, high quality meditation experiences are possible.

1) The place. Choose the place where you feel happiest meditating. For some people it is completely appropriate to meditate on the bus, train, or underground train (I used to do this sitting or standing up when I first started as it seemed a great way to pass the time). However, there are those special places, and special times that are very conducive to good quality meditation. Having a special part of a room, or an entire room dedicated to the sole purpose of meditation helps in a number of ways. For one, being in a dedicated place tells your body and mind it is meditation time. Secondly, the meditation energy builds over repeated use and there grows a meditative atmosphere.

Make the space how you want it. Some people like a small table with flowers and a candle, crystal or picture. It all comes down to personal preference. Some people like an uncluttered space, with just a rug to sit on or a chair.

You can get a sense of what place feels the best for you, and it is good to go with that sense. There might be ley lines running through the house or there might be energy spots, which can be either positive or negative. The more beneficial and positive a place feels, the better for meditation. This applies to meditating outdoors, too. Some places will feel great, which is a sign of positive energy, and others wont; trust your feelings on this rather than any one else’s opinion. Going into Nature off the beaten track you can find pristine, clean energy places. Being outdoors such as on a beach at dawn or sunset can be very inspiring.

2) Clear the energy of the space around you. If you are out in Nature in a place that feels good then you won’t need to do this. There are various techniques for clearing the meditation space. First of all, keep the place as clean as you can; vacuum, dust and polish. This shifts quite a bit of the energy that should not be there along with any physical dust or dirt. A simple way to clear a space is to say out loud, “I claim this space for God, may the Father’s Will be done”. There are other techniques that are more detailed that can be used as well.

3) Length of Meditation. Decide how long to meditate for. If you are a beginner, 20 minutes is a good time to go for. After a few weeks you could build up to 40 minutes or 60 minutes or stay on 20 minutes. It is what feels right that counts. Everyone is different so different times apply. Also, it’s quality rather than quantity.

In meditation you may find yourself going into a space where perception of time changes. A lot can happen quickly in meditation as time is experienced differently on the inner planes compared with life in the external world. If you wish, use a timer to tell you when the meditation time is up.

Having a set time is good rather than letting the meditation go on and on. In the West, meditation is supposed to be a time of going inside and into your inner world, and to regenerate to help with living in the 3-dimensional world. Meditation is not well used if it is just an escape from life and uses up too much time. Spirituality is about balance, living an outer life and an inner life in a way that helps life happen beautifully and lovingly.

4) Good preparation. A good meditation usually comes through good preparation. There are a few aspects to this. An essential one is grounding and rooting yourself into the Earth. In meditation your awareness can go up as far as it can go into the light. The light can be powerful and affect you. People who meditate can become ungrounded and out of touch with life around them, which defeats the object of meditation. It is possible to become merely blissed out and miss out on all the other gifts of meditation. With good grounding and by anchoring yourself into the Earth before meditation it is actually possible to go up higher, handle and absorb more energy and light, flow on top of the energy rather like a surfer can ride a wave, and be aware of what is going on.

Good grounding comes with enough sleep, rest, time outdoors, exercise, and eating foods that produce a solid feeling (steak and chips or baked potato is good). Some foods are ones that are thought to go with a lifestyle that in some people’s minds is considered spiritual. It’s just opinion. But really it is always best to expand your options and go with what feels right to your body, or feels intuitively right and be true to yourself, rather than another person’s opinion. Choose for yourself foods that help you feel healthy, vitalised, and with both feet on the floor.

Good grounding can involve “rooting in”, which means imagining growing roots out of your feet and the base of your spine deep into the Earth, through the granite layer, through the magma and iron core and all the way to the centre of the Earth. Have the roots branch out as they go down. Imagine the roots growing from every part of your body including the organs and bones, through your feet and spine. Notice how this feels.

5) Clearing your energy. Next comes clearing your energy so the energy you receive in meditation can have a clear run in your system. Clearing can be done with light flowing from a white/gold star or flat disc directly above you, like the midday sun, and slower frequency light or energy coming up from the Earth. If you have your roots down, imagine the Earth’s slowly vibrating energy that is nourishing, restful and healing, flow up through your feet to the top of your head. Then some of this slow frequency energy splashes out of the top of your head to wash over your skin and the space around you and falls back to the Earth. The rest recedes back through you into the Earth. Let a few more waves of Earth energy rise up and flow back down. The Earth’s energy will take with it any slow frequency energies that don’t need to be in your body.

Next, light from the star or disc pulses down through the top of your head and flows down through all parts of your body, through all your organs, your bones, and into the ground. The light pulses down several times. This combination clears your system.

6) Focus on your heart. In our society and in the busy world we can spend too much time and energy being in our heads. Being in your head tends to block the flow of energy in meditation. A good balance is 50% head and 50% heart, though more heart energy than this is acceptable.

Focusing on the heart is straightforward and involves noticing how your body feels in the centre of your chest where your heart chakra is for a couple of minutes. If your attention drifts, just bring it back to your heart chakra. You could visualise a white or pink flame in it. Other colours may come with practice though these two are good to start with. You may find the flame seems to expand with repetition.

7) Be Still… During meditation you might get the urge to move, itches appear, thoughts may flit into your mind, and emotions may come bubbling up. What you are after is silence and stillness.

Some people beat themselves up because they are experiencing, and getting caught up in, internal interference rather than experiencing total calm. The trick is to give none of the thoughts, feelings or physical sensations any importance.

Calming ourselves can occur through using rhythmic breathing. There is also another way to help us now with this. There are some new, evolved devas who are special types of silence and stillness that are highly conducive to good meditation. The silence feels like absolute soft, silky peace, like being in a comfortable darkened room. The stillness is like absolutely everything still and unmoving. It creates an energetic open space in which everything good can happen. You can ask for, and focus on these energies or qualities of silence and stillness, and immerse yourself in them.

8) For a beautiful meditation use a rose. A way of producing a beautiful meditation is to then imagine a pure white rose which is a very powerful symbol, coming down from the gold/white star or disc, in through the top of your head (your crown chakra) and down into your heart. Place your awareness on this rather special white rose. It will radiate light and energy. What happens next depends on the moment. You may find the white rose stays there, or it grows, or radiates out a variety of colours, or replicates with roses going around your body. At this point you can go onto the next stage which is:

9) Let go. We often try to control what is going on with our heads. In meditation, once it is set up well and feels good, we let go and let the meditation happen. Every meditation is unique; it’s like an inner plane adventure every time. Meditating like this, life will give us messages in words, pictures and objects which we can notice if we are alert to them. Life will give us information which may spontaneously have relevance for us in our meditation. This sounds strange but will make sense after a while spent meditating.

10) Back in your body and protection. When the meditation comes to an end it is important to go through a procedure to come back fully into your body. This can be done by breathing deeply, feeling and stretching all parts of your body, and becoming aware of your roots again.

A lot of people don’t close their centres properly after they have opened up in meditation. It is good practice to close the centres in order to take good care of your energy. There are a number of ways to visualize closing your chakras. One is to see them as having double doors that need closing and locking. Another is to see the doorway to the centre like the front part of a camera that spirals in or out to control how much light gets in. This can be closed up completely. It is useful to know the chakras of the body, and starting at the crown chakra at the top of the head, close that tight and seal it with a protective symbol; the white rose would be a good choice. Then work down each chakra, finishing at the base centre. In this way, the energy and any healing that came about in the meditation gets to stay in your system.

Dealing With Bad Experiences And Trauma Energetically

Dealing with bad experiences and trauma in the past that affect a person’s life in the present, has been going on in modern times since early in the twentieth century. One way of trying to deal with the symptoms is to cover them up or manage them with medication. But that doesn’t deal with the root of the issue.

There are other ways of dealing with bad experiences and trauma. Think of a human as a physical body, with nervous system, muscles and bones and organs. With this is an etheric body that the physical body sits in, then there is the astral body and the mental body which is larger in which everything sits. These energy bodies go all the way through the physical body, and in them there are the chakras which are energy centres. It is also worth considering energy channels in the body, such as those that carry chi energy, or prana energy. There is an aura around a person and the aura has a skin or outer layer, which holds in the energy, and acts as a buffer (or sometimes not!), as protection from negative astral and mental energies.

With a traumatic experience there may be damage to the physical body. There can also be an emotional response to the traumatic experience, and intense negative thoughts that have driven deep into the mind, during and after the trauma. If the trauma is inflicted by another person, then their negative emotional and negative intent also goes into the emotional or astral body and into the mind. Along with this, intense negative emotions and intense negative thoughts affect health and functioning of the body. So a powerfully negative event where a person isn’t physically harmed, but where they experience intense negative emotions and thoughts, say through bullying or intimidation, can manifest itself in the body as an illness or impaired function.

With a traumatic experience, the emotional and mental energy of it stays stuck in the astral and mental bodies, in the chakras, and the outer skin of the aura could be damaged, even when any physical trauma may have been partially or totally healed.

This negative emotional energy, and mental energy as thoughts can be intensely replayed again and again. Or the negative energy can be triggered so it keeps on affecting the person. It is like the trauma happening again and again on emotional and mental levels. Each time it happens, it takes its toll on the person. This happens for as long as the person lives unless it is dealt with.

For negative emotional and mental energy to be dealt with it has to be removed by ways that affect energy like that. It won’t happen with medicines or drugs.

There are ways of handling negative emotional and mental energy and releasing it, and providing emotional and mental healing.

One powerful way is bodywork, working on the body of the person, though remember the physical body is connected to the etheric body, the astral or emotional body, the mental body and the mind, and the chakras, so when the physical body gets worked on, all these parts get worked on. Also, the body stores memories of what happens to it, going way back.

There are gentle forms of bodywork, and more intense forms (which some might consider too painful). Gentle bodywork can still trigger powerful releases of emotional energy, and the thoughts that are tied in with this to bring about an amount of healing. Usually each bodywork session would bring about a small amount of healing that the body can cope with, and in gaps between sessions, the body, emotions and mind can adjust to the new situation.

Even using reflexology on feet or hands, which is not so invasive for people who don’t like their body being touched, can affect all of the body and the emotions and mind. Over time, with enough sessions, there is a cumulative effect.

There are some extremely sensitive and gentle forms of bodywork that have a big effect on the body, emotions and mind. One such is cranial sacral osteopathy. There is one technique (I can’t mention the name as it is trademarked) where the body is held and moved very gently and it literally unwinds tension and trauma out of it.

Even normal massage can help, the human touch can be very powerful. Aromatherapy, where essential oils from plants are massaged into the skin, can have very powerful effects on the emotions, and bring about healing release.

Deep tissue massage can be painful but it really shifts the energy out of the body, to release the memories and the energy stored in the body. So over several sessions, a person can release a lot, if they can cope with a bit of pain.

This is only a brief description of some bodywork and massage techniques, as it is intended to show what can be done about dealing with traumatic experiences and their effects by removing the emotional and mental energy in a person’s system.

Healing techniques which introduce positive energy into the person’s system are worth considering to help remove negative energy. Years ago I experienced a technique myself, and then used a similar technique to help others release negative emotional and mental energy.  It was a breathing technique that was based on kriya yoga,( that in itself is likely to be of benefit), which in yoga terms, resulted in prana building up in the body which then brought to the surface emotional issues to be released.

Again, as with the bodywork, it seemed to release old memories and the locked in emotional and mental energy, and needed to be done over a number of sessions. Over time, as issues were dealt with tension was released and the body felt so much more relaxed, and the mind felt calmer.

This breathing technique was originally called Rebirthing as the people who started it off in America claimed they re-experienced their birth. Though this happened in their first Rebirthing session for them, it doesn’t mean other people would necessarily experience this. Whatever comes up in the session, comes up. Other people changed and tweaked the process and focused on different aspects that basically they preferred to the Rebirthing angle with its spiritual background. I used it in a way that people could focus on the emotions that came up, without getting sucked into the emotions, whereas instead they could observe and feel the emotions being released and cleared. With the emotions cleared, the thoughts associated with the emotions also went. Often people had deep insights about themselves and about their feelings because of this.

Massage and bodywork, and breathing techniques are good for releasing emotions and thoughts and the memories held in the body. But where possible, talking about feelings and thoughts, and memories and events, also helps bring them up, and makes them available for release. Also, being counselled by someone who listens well, and who can help the person come to a new understanding and make steps to move forward is really helpful.

I have seen people being firstly counseled through a technique called Focused Expressive Psychotherapy, which brought up a lot of feelings and thoughts, and then they went straight into a breathing session in which they could release and clear those emotions and thoughts very effectively. It was a powerful combination; very transformative.

I have seen a form of hypnotherapy used alongside counseling over several sessions, along with positive relaxation meditations shift anxiety. With each session, there was a definite shift in energy.

There are other purely energetic techniques, for instance homoeopathy. This works on energy in the physical, astral and mental body and works on the person as a unique individual. In my own experience I have found it very powerful. Over a period of a year or two or more years it is possible to make a lot of shifts in body, mind and emotions. There are other modalities that work directly on the energy of a person, and homoeopathy is given here as an example. I do find though, that being able to have counseling and talk about matters is important too, as by thinking and talking about the past, and thoughts and feelings in a reflective way, it helps people think about the future and how they would like it to be, and how they would like to be in that future.

When the thoughts and emotions from bad experiences and trauma get stuck in a person’s energy system (aura, subtle bodies and chakras), it is like these thoughts and emotions have a life of their own, and come up again and again, and are recycled and reinforced. What was mentioned previously will make a difference. But there is more which can be done.

When people think negative thoughts and experience the emotions that go with them, from an energy point of view, their vibration drops right down. “Energy follows thoughts”. From an energy point of view they radiate a low vibration, which affects what they attract into their lives. Therapy, healing and counseling can improve the situation. Learning to manage their thoughts, reduce the intensity of negative thoughts, and deliberately choose to do positive thinking, no matter if it is only in a small way to start with, can break the recycling of the negative thoughts and emotions. A powerful way of doing this is to work with a counselor who can work with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. In the UK this is a mainstream therapy, where it isn’t necessary to be able to “see” or sense energy.

This is just a brief look at a huge field, and there are other therapies and healing modalities that can work on the issue of locked-in and recycling thoughts and feelings due to bad experiences and trauma, from an energy point of view.

Spiritual Awakening and Mental Health

A year or so ago, I worked in a hospital with people who had been hospitalized due to severe mental issues.  As I started working with the patients I was shocked to see how fragmented and smashed their auras were. It was as if their auras had been shattered by the breakdown or trauma they had experienced.  Looking at their energy I could appreciate how fragile and tired they seemed, how what they had experienced had slowed their thinking and reduced their emotional responses. I could well appreciate it must take time to recover, to get better, and build up their energy, and their auras to a point where these patients would seem more solid, more grounded and more robust. I realised that some of the patients might never achieve that.

As mental health issues are more in the open now, and people are more willing to talk or write about their experiences in the media or the internet, it seemed to me that mental health is a massive and complex area of health. Observing the patients in hospital I had a sense of how devastating some mental health issues are and how this showed up in the auras of patients.

Then I knew of people who had depression because of imbalance of the body chemistry and the influence of genetics. This showed up differently in the aura compared to the people I had seen in hospital. Then I knew of people who experienced depression and PTSD because of their experiences, and how the energy of these lodged in their systems.

My own experiences of mental health issues had been minor in comparison. It happened in a period of two weeks when I was twenty. My mind seemed fragile and I just knew my thinking was really not right and a bit crazy. I dealt with that by just keeping life as simple as I could. The episode passed.

In my late twenties, after I had found out about spirituality, a healer who gave readings looked down my timeline and said I would experience a dark period later in the year. When it started several months later, it was like everything looked and felt black and depressing. It was difficult to describe how my mind felt, the closest I could get was that it was lacking in joy, it just felt grim and black, without a happy thought, and depressed. Even though I felt that way, having been warned earlier, I knew this period would end, so for a few months, daily I made myself visualize several goals I had decided on earlier. I made myself exercise and go for walks. I felt like I was processing my way through darkness. After a few months, the dark period lifted, as if I had walked out of a tunnel.  The joy of life came back.

I have read a lot on social media about people discover spirituality for the first time, who have an “awakening”, then go on to experience depression, and in some cases, anxiety.

In the 1990’s I read a couple of books called Esoteric Psychology I and II. They were written by Alice Bailey who wrote many books to do with spirituality with a spiritual Tibetan guide between 1919 and 1949. She wrote that in the future as more spiritual energy came in and people opened up to spirituality, there would be new issues to do with mental health. At the time of reading I was surprised by this, but I get the drift of this more now. If new energy comes into chakras it can create effects in the mind, emotions and physical body, some of which can be difficult to deal with. I could see that if a person suddenly realises that what they thought about life and how it happens wasn’t true, and that life happens a different way, this can be extremely difficult for the mind to cope with. Gone is a sense of what a person can rely on, and gone is the identity they had built up. If there is nothing to replace it, then that is really hard for the mind, and the emotions to cope with.

This kind of mental illness shows up differently in a person’s energy, and has a cause to do with spiritual energy, and an event, called an “awakening”, as far as I can make out. This kind of mental health issue can be dealt with.

This kind of thing happened as well in the 1980’s and the 1990’s. But the culture was very different in the spiritual world. It was expected that at times on a person’s spiritual journey that things would get a little crazy, but there was a lot of support. Looking back, I realised that everyone that I knew that was going on their individual spiritual path looked after themselves because pursuing health wellbeing was all wrapped up in the idea of spiritual growth. People were careful what they ate, how they looked after their body, and even then hydration was a big thing. For emotional health it was normal to get some therapeutic help. For mental health and support people would read books, and I’m amazed when I look at today’s spirituality best seller lists they contain a lot of the same books I read back then. People also went to groups to learn and practise healing and therapeutic techniques, and meditation and movement disciplines. There was a lot of physically meeting up. People looked after themselves and each other. In those years depression just wasn’t something that happened because someone became spiritual.

What happened at the 11:11 Harmonic Convergence in Glastonbury, England, 1987, typified it for me.  The spiritual energy was high, and affected people in different ways, including triggering issues and painful feelings and thoughts for a few people. But there was a lot of support the whole time. There were meditation groups, there were healing groups, massage, crystals and therapy available. There was good quality vegetarian food. There were places for people to gather. There was a lot of nurturing support. People were looking after each other spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically, on the Tor and in the town. And it was an amazing experience.

That was the way to do spirituality; with physical, emotional, mental and spiritual support.

Over 30 years on, this kind of support is the way a spiritual awakening and spiritual journey can be a happy experience and I think the crucial aspect is people getting together physically.  Depression and anxiety brought on in the “awakening” process can be improved this way with the right support.

The Spiritual Energy Generators

There is some knowledge from the East that is known to only a few in the west. There is a small number of people, mostly in India, who are powerful generators of spiritual energy. They irradiate spiritual energy into a large area around them. These individuals are called “masts”; pronounced “musts”.

They are God-intoxicated beings. they have turned their awareness inside, onto the inner planes and they have glimpsed God, and have fallen deeply in love. Their only desire is to be with God, and to experience God. this means they have an intense desire for God at all times.

Though they are aware of God and God’s energy, they want more, they want everything. they feel the separation and their intense desire for God drives them to seek God everywhere, on the inner planes and in their outer world. Being open to God so deeply, God’s energy pours out of them, and sustains them.

As they are God-intoxicated, the masts have no care for the world around them, or where they live, or what they wear, or what they eat.

Usually there are people around them who feel and notice their spiritual aura, which blazes bright like a furnace for those who can use their third eyes. So masts are looked after and people do spiritual service by looking after them.

Some details about these spiritual generators have been written down. The Avatar Meher Baba, who dropped His body in 1969 in India, sought out and worked with masts. His followers chronicled His search for and work with masts.

More information on masts can be found in… http://www.avatarmeherbaba.org/erics/agentsmasts.html , https://www.avatarmeherbaba.org/erics/unmanistate.html , http://www.avatarmeher.org/masts/ ( a detailed source) ,The Awakener by Dr William Donkin, https://www.meherbababooks.com/products/books-about-meher-baba/the-wayfarers , (also available from other sellers), also other sources such as Wikipedia.

I go online most days and look at the news and social media. I realise it’s a daily diet of strife, anger, victimhood, blaming and hate. There are a lot of negative emotions flying around being produced by a lot of people who are in a state of upset, with minds like storms.

It is great to see that people express themselves, and we always can choose to watch or listen to their expression. Or turn it off. A lot of what gets expressed is low vibration emotion; it’s emotional pollution.

Rather like we pollute the seas and the air, some people in humanity pollute the ethers with negative emotion. Its wonderful when we come across someone’s expression that is inspiring, uplifting and which makes us smile or brings a sense of peace.

To me, in these times with major timelines coming to an end and fragmenting, and more spiritual energy coming into the planet to stir things up, it seems that there are some people with angry, reactive and noisy minds. Then there are some people who have beautiful minds, and hearts to go with them. They know how to be quiet and at peace, and when to express something beautiful, loving, and inspiring, in a beautiful and loving way.

What else can be perceived by the heart and mind as beautiful, loving and inspiring is Nature, and Life itself. When we go outdoors and take a moment to look at the Nature around us, we can feel how different it feels to busy human life, and the world that is on the internet. We can feel the peace and the nurturing.

There are instances in Life, and there are some things that people do that inspire an up-swell of love of appreciation and love. There is a lot to be grateful for.

When we experience something, or look at something, our minds and hearts perceive what is going on, depending on what is in our minds and hearts.

When we look at something or experience something we might feel gratitude for it. We can do that because we already have gratitude inside us.

We can deliberately choose to look at Life and the things around us and switch on the gratitude within us. Oddly enough this helps us to feel happy, and if you know about auras, your aura glows more, too. We also get to radiate out some lovely emotional energy.

We can choose how we look at life, and the emotions we feel about it. It’s within our power.

That is something to be grateful for.

(Strangely enough, the negative emotion that humanity sometimes generates doesn’t build up around the planet. It disappears, which is most odd, but it’s a good job, too.)

What astrological sign are you? I’m Aquarius … Moon conjunct Aries, Mars trine Venus.

When it comes to astrology, your personal qualities and what your life is like, you can go for the simple stuff (All Libras are like this …) or you can go for something much more accurate and in-depth. You can get an astrological chart done. There will be plenty of information on your chart that is just right for you.

People’s ideas on astrology usually come from the horoscope pages in magazines and starter spiritual websites. But there is so much more to it than this.

The time, date and place of your birth can be factored in to create an accurate map of the energies and influences around at the time of your birth. Your chart can show up your qualities, your personality, and your approach to things like communication, finances and relationships, and give you guidelines for health. So that is for you.

If you are in a relationship, a good quality astrologer will be able to draw both your charts and compare them to find out what your relationship is like or going to be like. You can use this information to help you with your relationship, and to bring out the best in it.

Astrology can also be used, like a map, to show you key astrological events such as planetary conjunctions, or opposition of planets, and how the energy coming in influences world events and our lives generally.

Should you like to find out more, there are some great websites to take a look at such as Kaypacha on newparadigmastrology.com  and also on Youtube and facebook. There are other people doing charts and readings. A good starting point to learn more about astrology would be http://www.astrologers.com  for the USA, and theastrologicalsociety.co.uk. Other countries might have their own groups.

There are plenty of books available. You could look at books such as Teach Yourself Astrology by J. Mayo and Astrology and its Practical Application by E. Parker as two examples.

As for date of death, I once read about a man who went for an astrological reading in India. After doing his chart the astrologer was shocked and annoyed and said he couldn’t be who he said he was because he should have been dead. He was a devotee of the Avatar, Meher Baba (more information to be found on the Internet and in books), and Meher Baba had changed his karma so he would still be alive as her was doing useful work. The Avatar and Perfect Masters can change a person’s karma that they were born with in whatever way they want. An astrological chart though, can still be useful, a lot more useful than a horoscope page.

Valentine’s Day: romance and relationships, a spiritual view

Ah, l’amour. Spring is in the air (in the northern hemisphere any way). I felt I should do something for St. Valentine’s day, that feast of chocolate, fizzy alcohol, food, and I’m sure there’s something else… Oh. yes, meditation, that’s it!

A Spiritual Warrior’s Guide to Life

Occasionally a person’s spiritual guides will interfere and precipitate a crisis in their life. They do this to create a shift in focus, and a change in direction, to get that person onto a new and more spiritual timeline. This means there are issues or problems for the person to deal with. Dealing with them brings about learning and development, including development of skills that can then be used to help others. Lifestyle and interests also change and become more spiritually orientated.

But after that, then what?

Before writing this I had been thinking about how I used to avoid reading newspapers during my own early involvement in what I considered spiritual matters. I did this because I thought I was not buying into negativity.

I had caught a song on the radio with the lyrics “I am a rock, I am an island, an island feels no pain”. It was a song about avoiding life in an attempt to avoid pain. I thought this was silly as no one is an island and no one is a rock. We are all connected. We are all part of humanity, of groups and society, often part of a family. It is other people we buy things from, that help us travel around, make goods, help us when we are not well or to improve well-being. What happens in one part of the world, and in one part of humanity can and does affect us. Even if someone lived off-grid, they still breathe the air and drink water that can be affected by the activities of others, and they are still subject to the laws of the land they live in.

The avoiding part or the ignoring part took me back to when I felt strongly I needed healing, different therapies, and self-help. I was very self-centred, focusing on dealing with my own issues, getting the help I felt I needed, and living a lifestyle I thought would help me be healthier and happier. I didn’t feel I had anything to give (apart from money for therapists and workshops), I was needy.

Dealing with my “problems” (really just areas for growth), I found I had more understanding than before, and I had learned skills and developed abilities which I could use for the benefit of others. This is probably common to a lot of healers and therapists.

There came a time when I stopped feeling there was a hole inside me that needed filling, and instead I felt like giving. I stopped feeling so delicate and sensitive. Instead I felt stronger and more robust. Whereas I had used spirituality to escape from life, I felt now I could live, using spiritual ideas to involve myself with life.

I knew that one approach to spirituality was to avoid life for fear of being contaminated by negativity, or, and I’m not sure by what process, adding to the negativity. I recognized that this approach was fear based. I think it’s far better to look at the problems and issues of humanity from a position of love and compassion.

A spiritual idea I had learnt was that the time for practicing spirituality in the cave or ashram was gone. As well as being inside us all, God is everywhere, in the world around us and in everyone. God is Life, God is Love. So to learn about God, to learn about Love, and to develop spiritually, living in and being involved in the world is the way to do it.

In the changes going on in the world as spiritual energy brings about that change, there are plenty of opportunities for loving, spiritual people to be practically loving and express their spiritual natures in practical ways.

With the Buddha it was the suffering of others that propelled his spirituality. Jesus taught about loving people. He gave us the parable of the good Samaritan. Other spiritual teachers have taught about loving others, often by doing work to alleviate people’s suffering and to help them have the basics they need for life. Going further, they help people live productive and fulfilled lives. For such spiritual beings, part of being spiritual means being involved in life, and being loving to others.

Within spirituality, it’s OK to care about issues and people. It’s OK to feel strongly about things. Being detached to deliberately avoid negativity, is not the same as being loving enough to care. To care enough to do something about a situation. There is a different kind of detachment where you can be cool-headed and emotionally detached enough to be truly helpful in difficult situations, rather than be caught up in the emotions. Though there might be a need to feel the emotions later. It is OK to get your hands dirty.

Thinking of helping other people, it may be the case that a spiritually inclined person, particularly if they are sensitive to energy, is concerned they might put themselves in a situation where they experience negative energy. It is sensible to think ahead like this, and it is possible to prepare and build up to such a scenario. A key point to bear in mind is that life is a spiritual training. We experience all kinds of energies, negative and positive, and learn by being in them about energy. We also learn how to deal with energy, and about ourselves. We learn by doing, and put on spiritual muscle by dealing with energy. Spirituality is to do with growth, and growth comes by experiencing new situations.

Some people are sensitive and some people aren’t. For the more thick-skinned amongst us, getting into situations where the energy is tough is straightforward. I have seen some people who are really energetically tough with big hearts doing amazing work with difficult and needy people. Their own training in life is often tough so they are prepared for the work they do; making a difference in people’s lives. (Plus they shift a lot of karma, gain a lot of spiritual points and work their heart centres. People don’t have to think they are spiritual to do real spiritual work.)

How to prepare for potential negative energy if you are sensitive?

A basic point is keep smiling and positive on the inside. A real smile on the inside, perhaps matched by one on your face, will help your heart centre open, and get your centres or chakras firing. It will help keep your thoughts positive which raises your vibration. As energy follows thought, a smile and matching thoughts keep negativity at bay and help your centres process any negative energy should it come into your aura.

Secondly, button-up or close up your centres, and seal your aura. There are meditations available to help you do this. A lovely one is to use one with a Native American flavour of wrapping yourself up in a protective animal spirit energy of something like an Arctic owl, or bison. Make sure to have your roots firmly down into the earth as this helps you process energy, also if you are rooted in and grounded, you make better decisions.

Thirdly, try to gain a sense of when you have absorbed more than enough negative energy, as it is time to clean up. At least the negative energy is being picked up doing something worthwhile.

If someone picks up negative energy they might find they feel emotionally low, or their thoughts are less positive. When I have overdone it, I might find the energy accumulates in my head (being positive:”Thank you God for the headache.”). Or I might have a stomach ache as I have been too involved to pay attention. My “gunk” level is too high and is way over my ankles. Fortunately, there are ways to shift the energy, emotions and thoughts, though. Some ways are practical and some are energy based. What suits depends on the individual.

In a physical way, washing hands (and feet) has a great effect. Showering, and having a bath with salt works. Physical activity will shift slow frequency negative energy out of the body. Walking in Nature, walking somewhere windy, and swimming in the sea or swimming pool works to shift energy as will yoga and sports. Generally, being healthy and fit means looking after your own energy, which makes you more effective in helping others.

There are meditations available to clear energies from the body, centres and aura. The energy can be shifted from the physical, astral, and the mental levels. With more and more practice, the meditations work quicker and quicker.

For an energetically sensitive person then, there is help available. What is also useful is to do a meditation in the morning to fill up with energy for the day, and receive energy for all the people you might meet. So it really is possible to have what is considered a spiritual outlook on life, and be involved in it in a practically loving way.

When someone is loving towards another person, and carries out an act of practical love, they balance negative karma, and gain positive karma. This can be a motivation to be involved with doing something for others. The most beautiful love though, is love freely given, free of desire for gain or recognition.

There is so much to be done, looking after and expanding the potential of people of all ages in our communities, helping them to find a voice,  to look after their basic needs, then empowered  them to be creative and economically independent. There are more hard core issues to be involved in, such as helping people who have been trafficked, who are recovering from drug addiction and countering the drug trade in communities, helping people exploited by some businesses, and helping people in other parts of the world supressed by dictatorial governments. There are a host of issues to do with people.

Then there is the environment. There is much to be done to clean it up. There is a need to protect it from some businesses, business people, criminal organizations and some politicians who value their profits and wealth above all else, and who care very little about the environment or people, though they might pretend to do so. One way for lightworkers with money to help, is to buy land to protect it. That really helps. It may be that some lightworkers’ skills lie in politics where it is really needed, in lobbying, business or finance, or also science and technology. There are lots of ways which give lightworkers their own unique powerful and practical way of expressing their spirituality through action, and of being the spiritual warrior. There is much to be done to gain and create the kind of world we want, based on love and spirituality.

Countries: Fear and Love and Triangles of Energy

With the new energy and light flowing in and touching everything karma is being ignited and sped up for people, for groups and for countries, and the planet as a whole. Life is getting interesting.

Individual people have (a collection of) spirit. So too do groups and communities. Countries have their own unique spirit. When a person is born in a particular country they share in that spirit, and it will be different to the spirit of another country.

Countries have their unique spirit and they also have their own karma and timeline which is different to that of other countries. Countries do get to experience some of this karma by their interactions with other countries, physically, socially, emotionally, economically and in cyberspace. There is never a dull moment in the lives of countries! The karma of a country can at times be pleasant to experience and at other times it can be rough, sometimes extremely rough.

On some stages of a country’s timeline the energy can look great and at other times it can look awful.

Countries can be run by their governments according to Old Law, and old energy and old values, and on greed and fear for the most part. There may be some countries that have flowing into them some New Law or new spiritual law which affects how life carries on in the country and how the country is run.

The energy that a country has at any moment can be looked at as if it is a triangle of energy. The energy might look light, warm and inspiring or the triangle of the energy of a country might look dark, musty and old and worn. Or it might glower and be threatening and oppressive.

You might like to think of some countries and look at the triangles of their energy as it is today. (Don’t worry they will get better.)

There is what could be perceived as a problem for some people in a country. Usually this means the people in charge, in the establishment, and those that have made comfortable, prestigious or luxurious lives for themselves by doing things in the old way.

The new energy and light is shaking up things and bringing the energy to dismantle the old law and old ways, and bringing in new law, so that sometime in the future (which could be a couple of hundred years away or so) what happens in countries has a spiritual sense of rightness about it, and the triangle of energy looks lovely for the most part.

Getting to that point, while old law and new law, and the people with a vested interest in either old law or new law, sort things out between. There will be rough patches, as well as happier times.

What is the triangle of energy of the country you are in right now? What about the country it has dealings with?

Spirituality, loneliness, meeting people, and community

When someone suddenly (and it is often suddenly) discovers they are a spiritual being, and that life is something different to what they thought it was, and there is love, energy, synchronicities and little and large miracles, and perhaps they find out about karma and reincarnation, and their heart awakens and opens, something they didn’t expect happens.

People around them, their family and friends, don’t share their new outlook on life and what it means to be alive. They can often react in bemused, or unfriendly or hostile ways. Old friends might drop  away. Family might become distant and critical.

The person who has woken up to love in their heart and a new way of perceiving life becomes alone and often lonely. They don’t have anyone to share their worldview and their life with.

I read this often on spiritual groups on social media. I will usually post a response. The last response I wrote on this topic was this:

“Physical spiritual community is a good idea. Why not set up an fb page for people in your area (20 mile radius) who think spirituality is important. Find out who lives in your area, tell health food stores and such places about your page and your desire to set up a group so spiritual people can get together. Then get some actual meet ups going; walks, meeting in a cafe, full moon meditations, a sharing session (good idea to have an item that the person talking gets to hold to indicate it’s them talking), introducing a favourite spiritual book meeting, and so on. Also go on courses or go to talks.”

I realise that in some countries the nearest neighbouring place could be over a hundred or more miles away. To get closer to kindred souls might mean moving.  If I had had a spiritual transformation in my home town I might have been unhappy. However, I had spirituality crash into me when I was living in London in the nineteen eighties (no internet, and people had to connect physically), so I was lucky. There was plenty of spiritual stuff going on and I could go on courses, do T’ai Chi, do meditation, go to talks, and get to meet people, and it was a really fun, creative time, and there was plenty of mutual support.

People now have the internet to help them connect, and with a will, it is possible to meet people, rather than just look at a screen.

Your Past Lives, Karma and Spirituality

Most of what we do in this lifetime to express our spiritual nature is built on many past lives.

We have lives where our karma is all about learning and practising a spiritual skill and  developing our consciousness. In some past lives we may have had the karma to prepare our chakras, aura and bodies, then learn forms of healing. We may, lifetime after lifetime, have learned how to use specific chakras such as the third eye, or other chakras we would use in later lifetimes.

These past lives can have been way back, further than Altlantean root race times, and in Lemurian  root race times. Some of the lives can have been in time periods we know something about.

If you are fairly good or very good at meditation without any props (such as chemicals or music) it is likely you would have had one or more past-lives as a Buddhist, who were experts at meditation, the mind and what could be done with the mind. Similarly, you could have had past lives in India with it’s remarkable ground energy, practising meditation techniques drawing on the rich spiritual heritage there of Avataric incarnations of Ram and Krishna and other teachings in the Hindu body of spiritual knowledge.

Some of the more advanced knowledge would have been very technical and complex, requiring a lot of study and practice.

People who are drawn to Atlantean energy techniques would have had at least one lifetime in that time period in the area of the world that was influenced by that culture.

Throughout human history going way back there have been so many cultures around the world for people to have had past lives in, that were beacons of spirituality. There were Shamanic traditions in Europe, Asia and the Americas. (A long time ago what is now Russia and Alaska were joined so people and animals could travel and migrate.) People who like herbs, for medicinal use, for meditation, astral travel and meditation would have had lifetimes to build up knowledge and abilities. These and other lifetimes would be planned out on the inner planes between physical lives.

There are so many places in the world where it was possible to learn to use the body and chakras and aura for healing. A clue to Lemurian energy handling techniques comes from massage techniques and exercises done before massage in the huna tradition found in Hawaii. This knowledge extended throughout Polynesia (and there is a lot more to it than what is mentioned here). Other places where people could incarnate in past lives to learn how to use energy and heal would include China, in the Taoist tradition, in the Muslim Sufi traditions (think of the poets Rumi and Hafiz), in the Celtic Druid religion in the British Isles (very deep spiritual knowledge and think of Stonehenge and other stone circles). People could have had past lives in early Christian communities before the corruption at the centre of the Roman Catholic church, and in some Orthodox communities (knew a lot about breathing techniques).  The Ancient Egyptian culture was a place where people learnt about using energy, after the Atlantean period. People may also have had past lives learning Jewish mysticism and practising spirituality based on Kabbalah. I really don’t know much about spirituality in Africa, other than there must have been some traditions and teachings as there are still witch doctors and there was great skill with herbs.

What it would have been like to have one or more past lives in a culture such as the Native American culture before the destructive arrival of Europeans. The cultures had a deep spirituality which guided life and the relationship with Nature. There are very likely to be people alive today who did have past lives in these cultures.

The interests and skills that spiritual people have who are alive now can sometimes but not always give a clue to past lives of a spiritual nature and the kind of religions and spiritual practices they have been involved in. All that training got them to the point they are now at.

The Avatar who said, “I have come not to teach but to awaken”

Love's Nazar by Cherie Plumlee

“Don’t Worry, Be Happy”

Some time ago I was suggested to me that I should look into a person called Meher Baba who had lived in India and died or dropped his body in 1969. So I did. I was living in London at the time so it was easy to get hold of a picture and a small book of Meher Baba prayers. Daily, I looked at his picture. I thought he had a big nose, which was an odd thing to think, but I mentally told him that. I said the prayers to try and make a connection. I felt a calmness after saying the prayers.

I found out there was a Meher Baba centre in west London, so a few weeks later I visited. It was in the basement of an ordinary looking house not far from Hammersmith. There were several people present who were friendly and warm. Not in the slightest were they pushy. just content and happy. I told them I had found out about Meher Baba from a friend, and they suggested we watched a video (a lot of these are available online and on Youtube now).

The video started up and there was Meher Baba looking out at us. A rush of emotion flooded over me as I looked in his eyes. My heart melted and expanded. The old was washed away. Tears of joy ran down my face. Here was what I had always been looking for all my life, but I hadn’t known I was looking. In an instant my life and my outlook on life was massively changed. I was looking at the purpose of my life, at my Everything. I could feel a very, very deep connection with Meher Baba, the thief of hearts who had in less than a blink of the eye, stolen my heart.

This was my reaction. I can’t say other people would react like that. Meher Baba though, had once communicated that he was for everyone, but that not everyone was for him. So while he did his Universal work for everyone (and everything in Creation) he didn’t expect everyone to acknowledge what he was doing or have a connection with him. Some people would feel a connection, while others wouldn’t.

Who was Meher Baba?

Meher Baba was born on 24 February 1894 in a Jewish hospital and given the name Merwan Sheriar Irani by his Zoarastrian parents. he went to a Christian school. He had a normal life up until he was 19. Then, he was called by Hazrat Babajan. She was very old and lived under a neem tree in Pune. She was one of the five Perfect Masters of that time. She kissed Merwan on the forehead and triggered his latent God-consciousness which poured in. Not eating or sleeping, and repeatedly banging his head with the intensity of the effort, he integrated his God-consciousness with his normal everyday personality consciousness.

He journeyed to meet the other four Perfect Masters. Meeting each one, he internally lived each of their experiences and absorbed their role.  The fifth Perfect Master, Upasni Maharaj, upon seeing Merwan, threw a stone which hit Merwan in the forehead, drawing blood. This had the effect of bringing his consciousness down to earth. Merwan stayed with Upasni while he further became grounded and absorbed the God-consciousness.

It is well documented how Merwan became to be known as Meher Baba (meaning compassionate father).  There are also accounts of his Universal work which was extraordinary, and a universe apart to what people consider to be lightwork today. As part of his work he travelled, including to Europe and the USA, and people took it upon themselves to record and film these for people in the future.

Meher Baba communicated that he had been the Avatar in different times, Ram, Krishna, Buddha, Jesus and Mohammed, and others going back in time, each time returning to do His Universal work for the whole of Creation. He also had some minor incarnations. The Avatar incarnates between every 400 to 700 years, each time with a different name and personality. The Avatar usually incarnates in India because the ground energy is very high and supports spiritual work, as anyone who has been to India for spiritual reasons will notice.

In his work, he made all the key major decisions for the next three thousand years and set out the timelines for the next twelve hundred years for Creation. What we are experiencing now is a direct result of this work. Meher Baba dropped his body in 1969. The period of 100 years after this, up until 2069 is considered as a time when his energy is very present and is called an Avataric Period. The energy on this planet and in Creation before he was born was 75% dark and 25% light. Before 2069 this has to change over to 25% dark and 75% light. That is a big change, and we are right in it! Then there is more change to come as the old karma is worked out and old spirit replaced and new law replaces old law. How the world will change. Real spirituality is very revolutionary in all senses of the word.

I had a taste of the Avataric energy. The Meher Baba followers or lovers, as they called themselves after the romantic Sufi spiritual poetry (read Rumi and Hafiz to see what I mean), would occasionally hold meetings and events. After some of these, we would say some of the prayers Meher Baba had written. Then we stood silent. In would come an incredibly powerful, deep and dynamic silence that was full of love. It was like the doors of Eternity being opened onto the Infinite. This Silence and Stillness would flow out and around us, and out beyond us. Then the silence gradually became like normal silence. The first time this happened was a great shock as it was unlike anything I had experienced before.

There were / are some books I have found really useful that were written by Meher Baba. The energy of them is truly phenomenal, and if anyone is drawn to reading them I would recommend it. A key book is God Speaks. This is about God and a spiritual description of Creation and it’s purpose. It helps the reader know who and what they are. Another profoundly useful book is Discourses, which is a guide to understand life and how it can be lived. It’s topics include violence versus non-violence, meditation, and relationships amongst others. There are other books that are also worth looking at.

Death, Spirituality, Reincarnation And Extreme Weather

I read from a few sources on the Internet recently that over 150,000 people die each day. That seems quite a lot of souls going to the inner planes each day for a rest, to review their life and prepare for the next life. Death is the soul dropping the body so it can go on the next step of its journey.

The number 150,000 plus deaths per day will go up for a while when there are things like epidemics, famines, droughts and natural disasters. Also this figure is human deaths; souls of humans dropping the physical shell and going on. It doesn’t take into account the souls dropping the physical forms of animals, birds, reptiles, fish and insects and so on around the world each day, and remember animals and other creatures also get caught up in natural disasters. For the esoterically minded we could include those souls in plant forms as those plants die or are destroyed, and souls going through the mineral experience.

These souls mentioned above are souls leaving the Earth prior to reincarnation. There are also souls coming into the Earth and taking physical form; there are births as well as deaths. In human terms, the number of births is greater than the number of deaths, and this is for a spiritual reason. Souls want to come here because of the intense spiritual energy at the moment and they want a taste of it.

I mentioned natural disasters as a cause of death. It isn’t the biggest cause over a long period of time, usually. Natural disasters grab the headlines as they are so dramatic.

A big component of natural disasters is the weather, and the weather is becoming more extreme.

There seems to have been more storms, tornadoes, hurricanes and typhoons, more flooding, and more high temperatures, winds and fires than before.

Some places which are susceptible to extreme weather and natural disasters may not be good places to live much longer if things become more intense (which is likely).

It is useful to take an energetic look at the weather. From an esoteric point of view air has air elementals in it like small devas. Then if you look at a hurricane you can see the big deva in it. The deva is on a mission and marshals the air elementals to do what the big deva sets out to do, and big devas can carry a lot of power. It is the same with typhoons.

Next time you see a tornado check out the deva and the smaller elementals within it. Notice the intelligence of the deva and try to get a sense of what it is aiming to achieve.

There are elementals in water as well, and in a storm the deva of the storm will orchestrate these water elementals along with the air elementals. With flooding there will be a big deva in charge of the flow of water.

With regards to fire, there are fire elementals. (In old esoteric literature these are called salamanders, not to be confused with the amphibian version.) There will be a fire type deva in charge of the fire elementals  in a fire. The deva drives the fire for its own reason and to achieve its own ends.

From a spiritual, energy point of view, the air, water and fire elementals, with the devas in charge of them are doing a job to change and improve the energy of the Earth. They clean up the energy. For this planet and for humanity to move forward old energy has to be cleaned up so the planet is energetically cleaner than even in the recent past.

The mental and astral energy they clean up can be slow frequency, unpleasant and very old, coming from the Lemurian, the Atlantean and the recent Aryan Root race periods of time. This energy can also be very recent. For instance, as an example, imagine what the vibe or energy of the place was before Los Angeles was built, or before New York was built, or London was built (have to go back way before the Romans arrived). Now get a feel for the energy of Los Angeles, New York and London right now. Which was fresher, clearer, healthier? Before or right now?

The same can be said for any built up human habitation around the world, with its layering of astral energy and mental energy as people exude or pump out their emotions and thoughts, and carry out actions filled with the energy of their intentions.

We live in a material age which is fairly selfish and animalistic. This age isn’t noted for a way of living based on principles and loving respect for others and the environment. Such an age would create a different astral and mental residue to the one humanity has recently been creating. Hence there is some clearing up to do, and this is one of the roles devas and elementals do. They aren’t concerned what humans think about this. The Earth needs to change, and they are making sure the change happens.

Who do you think has told them to clean up the Earth?

Spiritual, single, love wanted

I have seen many posts in spiritual groups on facebook that when someone becomes spiritual and sees themselves and the world differently than before, they find themselves isolated, alone and different to other people. Having been in a similar position quite a few years ago got me thinking what it was like for me.

Some people are OK being on their own (as one person told me: there is a difference to being alone, and being lonely). Some people want a companion to see the world at least partially as they themselves do and share the journey and have mutual support Some want the physical love and affection.

What is striking is the sense of isolation and of being different to others that waking up to a new way of being  incurs. It can feel disheartening and depressing.

What to do?

Some people might try to visualise and affirm they are going to meet the perfect person for them, and try to use laws of attraction and other energy techniques and ceremonies.

If meeting someone is in their karma then it will happen. If there is opportunistic karma it is going to happen, provided the person concerned does something. That something is highly unlikely to be staying in their room, flat or house. They have to get out into the world.

There is online dating, but dating services for spiritually inclined people are not massive, and it is worth remembering that your guide and your Higher Self wants you to get it right.

Most often people come across that wonderful special future partner when they aren’t making a special effort, they are instead being themselves, being content and happy, living a life that feels meaningful. They are not looking, searching or yearning for the person of their desires to plug a hole in their life. Neediness is a turn-off, and is not magnetic to attracting in a lovely person.

If  a person has a sense of wholeness (rather than holeness) they have a better energy that people pick up on. That other person senses the vibes in a couple of seconds and they do a quick, albeit usually subconscious scan with their third eye.

A relationship isn’t 0 + 1 = 1/2, where the person searching feels empty and is zero, and the other person of their dreams is the whole one. It is synergystic, where 1 + 1 = at least two.

Generalising, creating a life that you love is the first step to having something to offer.

Next step, step out into the world. Be yourself. For some people that can mean wear and look like whatever. Other folk might be more deliberate about this. Part of human nature is about highlighting your good points that you think others will appreciate that are a statement about yourself.

If you feel confident about going up to a stranger or aquaintance and striking up a conversation or asking them out for a date then great. (I only did this when exceptionally motivated though I reckon I was given a push by that lot Upstairs when they saw fit. Mostly I was far too shy.)

I lived in London, and there was / is a thriving spiritual and therapeutic culture, so it was easy to meet people. I used to go to workshops either to learn about an aspect of spirituality, or get some healing. I would also go on training courses to develop therapeutic skills. In those kind of settings I realised I got to know people. I would work with them, and at the breaks and mealtimes we would eat and chat, and if it was a long course, we would perhaps socialize as a group or perhaps I would socialize with one other person. It wasn’t a case of thinking about getting a girlfriend, it was about being in the moment and having a great time with some wonderful people. Some good friendships grew out of this, and also a couple of deeper relationships flourished over the years.

Thinking about today, not everyone will be living in a city or town with a lively spiritual scene. Then there is the internet. Great for contacting people all over the world, but not as great as being able to be physically with other people, or as great as having a lot of spiritually-minded people all together in a way they get to interact with each other.

For that to happen someone has to get the ball rolling to arrange physical meet-ups and events. Card reading evenings, sharing and meditation, group walks to spiritual sites, a meditation first and then a barbeque… There has to plenty of ways to get people together talking.

If you are out of your home, going someplace new, say being a visitor to a new place or being a tourist, you can meet new people. You could meet someone just right. It isn’t something that can be forced. If you are relaxed and going with the flow, and letting yourself be nudged by your intuition, then if it it is going to happen that you meet someone, you will.

Perfect Spirituality: Perfect Masters

A little known idea in the spiritual world is that Creation was first started by the first Avatar, Ganesha (the one in pictures and shown as statues with an elephant’s head). The Avatar then chose five souls that had come down with him, and gave each a quality, a spirit of God.

So the first five Perfect Masters were created. One Perfect Master had the quality of Bliss, another Perfect Master had the quality of Wisdom, then there was Power, Knowledge and Truth.

Each Perfect Master was 20% of God, so the five together were 100%. The Perfect Masters’ consciousness was on the lowest three Divine Journeys; the first Divine Journey, the second Divine Journey and the third Divine Journey. There were many millions of Divine Journeys which held qualities of God, each with light and love more intense than the ones below, all the way Up to the Father.  The lower three Divine Journeys though were just above what was called the Om point, the gateway to Creation in the below, so Divine Energy and souls could flow down into Creation..

Creation was created to consist of seven Planes of Consciousness. The bright white light of the sixth plane, filled with mental light, was energetically across a gigantic abyss from the first Divine Journey. The next plane, also a mental light plane, was the fifth plane. Then came the next lower plane, the fourth, which is a plane of power, of God’s power, which can be a tricky plane to move up through, because if there is misuse of power, the soul goes back down. The next plane was the third plane of consciousness, where souls turn their gaze inwards, towards the inner, rather than focus on the outer, material world.

The lower planes were the second and first plane of consciousness, where the focus is naturally mostly on the outer world. The lowest plane, the zeroth plane was massive, and souls start of at the bottom of this plane on their spiritual journey back to God. The zeroth plane incorporated the mineral, plant, animal kingdoms and the beginnings of humanity.

The Perfect Masters had a physical body, yet their consciousness moved around on the first three Divine Journeys, so they had access to infinitely big amounts of energy, which they could focus on Creation.

Being Divine, Perfect Masters have Universal Consciousness. Aware of Reality, they know that Creation is an illusion. They operate in Creation, as they have a role to look after all the souls in Creation, and move them on through experiences on the Planes of Consciousness. When a soul has had enough experience and has balanced their karma enough, a Perfect Master will God-realize the soul, taking their consciousness up to one of the Divine Journeys, so they too experience themselves as their true nature, which is God. Having Universal Consciousness, the Perfect Masters are at the centre of Creation, they are the Pivot. They are at the centre of each soul. Everything they do affects all of Creation, as they help to balance karma and develop Creation spiritually.

The Perfect Masters look after and work on Creation while the Avatar is back in the Divine Journeys.  Every four hundred to seven hundred years, the Avatar returns with souls in tow, in a major or minor incarnation. They do their Universal work, give instructions concerning what needs to be done to move Creation in the right direction and drop their physical body, and go back up the Divine Journeys again. The Perfect Masters do their best to implement the changes.

When an issue came up the Perfect Masters would take a vote on what to do. Sometimes an energetic vote would be unanimous, 100%, so full energy could be focused on an issue. If the vote was 4 to 1, or 3 to 2, then less energy would be focused on an issue, which might not have been enough, so the Avatar would have to fix that the next time around. Perhaps that is changing now, so the five Perfect Masters work together better.

When souls first come into Creation, they have a leaning to one of the Perfect Masters, Bliss, Wisdom, Power, Knowledge and Truth. They usually keep this affiliation. (Which means you will have a leaning to a particular Perfect Master).

When a Perfect Master drops their body and dies, the energy, quality or spirit of that Perfect Master lifts from them to seek out the next possible likely candidate. Then it descends on the new candidate and they become the next Perfect Master of that quality.

This Earth is currently the planet where all the frequencies of energy are found, and where all the planes and Divine Journeys can be accessed. This is the planet where the Avatar incarnates and where the five Perfect Masters live. What changes the Avatar and Perfect Masters make here on Earth radiates out into the rest of Creation.

Currently, humanity is an important focus for spirituality, so three Perfect Masters work with humanity, and two Perfect Masters focus on the Devic realm. All Perfect Masters work with the Archangels (who are on the sixth plane) and angels (who are on the fifth plane).

Perfect Masters may or may not work with groups of people, or make themselves known to the public as they are basically a bit busy looking after the whole of Creation, which is quite an all consuming job. It’s worth remembering that they are connected to all souls anyway, yours and mine, because they are in the centre of our souls, so in a sense they are working with us anyway.

Footnote: Before Meher Baba became Avatar, the Perfect Masters, who at that time lived not far away from him in India (which helped to protect him when he was younger) were Babajan, Sai Baba of Shirdi, Upasni Maharaj, Tajuddin Baba, and Narayan Maharaj. There is information about them and photographs, on the internet.

Beyond Enlightenment

Enlightenment is a word that crops up quite a bit in online groups, with quite a few people claiming they are enlightened.

When people experience a rapid spiritual growth, which some people call an awakening whereas other would say they are merely rubbing their eyes, a veil is taken away so those people get to experience the world in a way they never suspected existed. It is as if they step into a new world which operates in a different way to their old world. There is more to this though than meets the (waking) eye.

There are Planes of Consciousness that humanity exists on. These are the zeroth plane, the first plane, the second, and third planes. Then there are the fourth, the fifth and the sixth Planes of Consciousness.

The zeroth, first, second and third planes are the planes where people create karma. The light and energy on the zeroth plane is very slow. There is some astral light, but no mental light. On the first plane the light is a bit quicker and the karma on this plane is different to the zeroth plane, and there is more astral light and a small amount of mental light. On the second plane there is astral light and more mental light than the first, and the spirit of the people, like on the lower planes, is mostly focused outwards away from the inner planes. The third plane is the one where the spirit turns inwards to place its awareness on the inner planes and on God in a solid way. There is more mental light here and less astral. The fourth plane is a very potent plane with mental light and power, which may be used in the outer, physical world. There can a big focus on the inner planes and God. The fifth plane is filled with mental light, and karma is worked through here and not created. Awareness of the spirit and also the personality is automatically focused inside, on God. The sixth plane is also mental light and is even brighter. Again karma is worked through to balance it, so the positive karma balances the negative karma, more or less, and is very much reduced in amount. This is a place of spiritual dreams which is easy to become lost in without a guide, and the focus is on the inner planes and God rather than the external world and material life.

We have on average 8,400,000 lives as a human. We start off in the zeroth plane. We live, experience life, and achieve a tiny incremental increase in consciousness, and then we die. Next lifetime, we start off at a slightly higher level of consciousness than the previous life. The process of reincarnation goes on and on. As it does, our level of consciousness keeps on increasing. It keeps on doing this all up the planes, and the consciousness of someone on the sixth plane is very different to the level of consciousness they had when they were on the zeroth plane all those millions of lifetimes ago. Over the many lifetimes, we build up our ability to handle the light. Someone on the sixth plane could not have been able to handle the light and energy that they are immersed in now, when they were on the zeroth, or first, second and third planes, and in fact all the way up including the fifth.

As part of this increase of consciousness that comes from experiencing and learning from Life (which is an expression of God), there are times when our karma that we have arranged to work with before incarnating, includes having a veil of awareness removed so we partially see a bit more of what Life is really about. There are many veils to be removed, and as each one is removed we get to see into Life deeper and deeper. These veils are removed at points as we go through our many, many lives. In a life when the plan is to remove a veil to move us along our spiritual path, our guide or guides decides on the best timing to do this, taking into account our mind and our personality’s ability to handle losing one old version of reality, and replacing it with a new version, as it can be quite stressful for a mind. This new perception helps us to see the reality we live in, the new dream we live in, in a more spiritual way.

A veil removed in the zeroth or first plane will enable the person to experience the light on those planes, and the information, knowledge and understanding in it, but not help them to experience what is on the higher planes. Building that experience is a step by step by step process over the many lifetimes.

Occasionally someone who has a veil removed and experiences an awakening, or really a mini-awakening, will experience reality in a new way, and feel different and say they are enlightened. But really there are many veils to be removed over many lifetimes. The notion of enlightenment needs to be put into perspective. No matter where anyone is on the path, there is always more to learn and experience.

When a person has made it up to near the top of the sixth Plane of Consciousness usually (or occasionally the fifth) and so there karma is nearly balanced and much reduced, a Perfect Master will make that person God-realised. They unshackle the consciousness from being in the Illusion of Creation, wake up the soul and the consciousness, and place it in Universal consciousness. They make it aware of God, and the soul’s true reality. Usually the physical body is dropped at this point as it is no longer needed unless that person have a role to fulfil down here in physical Creation.

This is a big awakening, and the new level of light and love coming through gives a new understanding and knowing (and spiritual common sense), but there is more.

The Divine is made up of Divine Journeys, each infinitely big compared to the one before, each with brighter and more intense love and light, each being an aspect of God who is Infinite. Once on the Divine Journeys, a soul can journey through the increasing levels of love and light, further and further along the Divine Journeys. All the way to God in its highest form.

With each Divine Journey comes new awareness and learning and change. New enlightenment if you like. What happens at the end of the journey? You would have to be there to find out.

As for removal of the veils at this present time, it is quite an event for a number of reasons. There are cycles of Ages. In this Age that we live in, the Kali Yuga Age is the darkest and slowest one, where souls get to rest and digest the light they have previously experienced, normally not a lot goes on. But it looks like God has decided to speed things up a bit, as the last Avatar, Meher Baba instigated a plan of massive change, with a huge input of spiritual energy, to speed things up a lot. He indicated he had made all the major decisions for the next 1,200 years, and set the timeline for the next 3,000 years. The five Perfect Masters are making sure this is happening, and also, the first Divine Journey is actually coming down into Creation and down the planes. It should take about 1,200 years for it to reach the bottom of the zeroth Plane of Consciousness. This will bring about thorough change in the world, in the Universe, and in Creation. What is more, the second and the third Divine Journey are due to come into Creation as well and this should take 3,000 years to complete. Life will be completely different to how we experience it now, and humanity will have changed hugely as well, with a great many more chakras than it has now.

The first Divine Journey can be considered as being like gold light, and a type of Divine Love that can be thought of as Unconscious Bliss. Think of bubbles of gold light falling down the Planes of Consciousness, falling into peoples’ hearts and minds, carrying tremendous energy, bliss, inspirational and creative thoughts and dreams, which generally shake things Up and move everything forward. There are Divine guides like personal trainers for everyone which are very different to previous guides so it is useful to forget everything you think you know about guides, because they won’t be like that. It is “All Change”.

Then there are souls incarnating from now on that are more awake than the souls currently down here, who will be bringing about more change and carrying a lot of energy.

Additionally, humanity is having its third eye opened, and an increase in consciousness in humanity is taking place for everyone. More chakras are being placed in humans, which means new ways of living, doing and being, as the new sixth Root Race starts up since the old fifth Root Race, the Aryan Root Race, is coming to an end. Hence the fragmentation of human life nowadays and general breakdown, chaos, change and new beginnings.

This is definitely an amazing and interesting time to be alive on this singularly unique planet out of all the possible planets to incarnate into, in a human life.

Hopefully this puts the notion of enlightenment into context. Learning and spiritual development into who and what you are as a soul happens through the process of Life and God-realisation. The concept of “enlightenment” is pointless, empty and has a lot of glamour, and is best forgotten. Best to focus on doing what feels right and loving to keep moving and learning on your spiritual path.

Just so you know, you can use your innate, spiritual abilities to check out concepts that you come across, and you can check out what people say. Using your third eye or your intuition, you might like to take a look at the concept of “enlightenment”, the one found in the New Age world.  To me it looks all grey and mushy. There is nothing to it, just a lot of astral and mental energy that people have fed it with. When a thoughtform is like that, it is best to disregard it and find what looks and feel true, filled with love and light.

Footnote:

If you are interested, there is a wonderful map of how souls progress through the planes of consciousness and through the Divine Journeys and their states of mind or Mind in “God Speaks” by Meher Baba. There is also a tremendous amount of other high quality information in it (and amazing energy). If you feel drawn to get this book, it is definitely a good idea to get it.

A Very Important Skill; Psychometrising

A Very Important Skill; Psychometrising

Psychometry is all about sensing or tuning into, or reading the energy of something. You can use your third eye as in clairvoyance, you can feel into the energy, or assess it as sound, or touch and texture. You can use your intuition to assess the energy, or work with your guide if that is what you do.

Psychometry can help you gain information about almost anything. It can help you gain a sense of how useful or important something is, how safe, unhealthy or dangerous something is, or how relevant and up-to-date something is.

Psychometry was basically used for tuning into the energy of an object to discover information about it. Take for example a piece of old jewellery. By placing hands near it, or holding it (sometimes not a good idea if the energy is negative), people who were practised at psychometry and had skill in it could sense the previous owner and what they were like, and other facts that were held in the energy that was still corded to the object.

Some objects, such as metals, and particularly gold, could absorb and hold energies. This isn’t always great when heirlooms or antiques are passed down through the generations. I once visited an old historical house that had old swords on the wall. Some swords felt a bit unpleasant as they had been used in battles to injure and kill people. Probably not what you want on your walls!

With energetically pleasant objects, it can be good training practising to tune into their energy, psychometrise it, just see what impressions you pick up from it and do a mini-reading on it. Psychometry just takes practice and a willingness to give it a go.

There is so much you can psychometrise; aerial photographs of villages, towns and cities as well as buildings. You can psychometrise large built up areas such as airports, factories and so on, plus historical buildings. It can be very interesting either visiting a geographical feature such as a field or hillside or cave and pyschometrising that. There are areas of land that have been the sites of ancient towns and cities, or places where battles have been fought. Some places have supposedly secret underground spaces or buildings that have been constructed which can have some very interesting energies. Also some sites and areas of land can have a powerful ground energy or be a place where ley lines cross, or where there is a geological feature under the ground that give it a strong energy.

As well as using psychometry for gaining impressions and information about physical objects, it can also be used for examining abstract concepts such as theories, ideas and plans, or philosophies and beliefs. There is a notion that the truth can set you free, and we take a lot of concepts for granted without considering their value or how truthful they are.

Psychometrising abstract concepts has a lot to do with regarding them as thoughtforms, which which is a powerful idea mentioned elsewhere in the book.

You can psychometrise religions, political beliefs, political parties, opinions and ideas that pass for conventional wisdom that people assume to be true. For instance, if a lot of people have been persuaded to think that using a certain pesticide is a good idea, you can psychometrise that, or psychometrise the advertising or research put out by a pharmaceutical company. You can psychometrise banks, oil companies, new space companies, department stores, and so on. In fact everything has a thoughtform associated with it which you can psychometrise.

The area of the New Age, of self-help, of spirituality, of healing, therapies and meditation is a rich place of abstract ideas and thoughtforms that can be psychometrised to gain a sense of how appropriate for you they are, of how realistic they are, how useful and helpful they are, how loving and positive they really are (or not!).

If there is an event being advertised or promoted, you can sense it as a thoughtform and psychometrise the energy; do a mini-reading on it.

Anything you see posted online you can do the same with and psychometrise it. It really helps you to be able to identify the quality of what is posted, how high (or low) it vibrates, how truthful or fake it is, how benign or malign it is (sometimes they are, as even Dark Lodge folk go looking online for unsuspecting punters in online communities and groups).

You can psychometrise pieces of music and songs to check their energy and how much they can feed into your energy. (Mostly I prefer popular music or rock as I find it helps to ground me and some of the groups and singers are doing a spiritual purpose and radiating healing energy to a lot of people.)

You can psychometrise any affirmations that are put out on social media sites and see how much energy there is behind them. If you are condsidering any groups to join, you can psychometrise those as well.

You can take a look at pronouncements about what is happening in the world from aliens from Arcturus, Lyra, the Pleaides, Andromeda, or from various grand intergalactic councils. You can psychometrise the sources of these words. You can do the same for missives from guides with impressive names, or supposed to be coming from angels. On the astral planes there are clumps of energy or static that people can tune into and believe to be a special source of information. In the arena of spirituality, if you are having something presented to you with the expectation that you will believe it, testing it by psychometrising is important. You can psychometrise everything to figure out how much truth there is in what you are presented. (I say this because I have been there and held beliefs that I thought were right and which I then ditched. I thought the concepts and beliefs were the most amazing thing ever but with experience and closer examination those concepts and beliefs disintegrated. Fortunately.)

It is worth psychometrising the concept that is prevalent amongst some people that angels act as guides. You might also like to psychometrise the idea that angels look like (very glamourous) humans. Find out what is true for you.

You can psychometrise the concept of reincarnation and that reincarnation is real. You can psychometrise the concept that there are five Perfect Masters on the Earth at all times. How about the concept that the Avatar (God in human form) incarnates on this earth every four hundred to seven hundred years in major and minor incarnations?

You can psychometrise various trainings that you see advertised or hear about. You can gain an idea of if they are right for you and what their qualities are like. You can pyschometrise the various styles of meditation that you come across, and the various meditation teachers or schools of meditation. This can help you find the right one for you should you want to do meditation.

There is a lot of information and misinformation out there and pyschometrising what you come across can make a big difference. I’m all for people being well informed.

At some point you might want to have some healing. In alternative and complementary medicine there are many healing modalities and it helps to assess and choose the right one for you (definitely check out any free ones!). You could try psychometrising the concepts of Reiki, of homeopathy, of hands on healing (spiritual healing), of using crystals, of using sound with Tibetan bowls, of Shamanic healing techniques, and so on. There are techniques where you listen online to sounds, you could psychometrise aromatherapy, reflexology, acupuncture, and so on and so on. Quite often someone comes up with a new technique, so being able to assess it by psychometrising can be helpful. Some techniques are given impressive sounding titles. Pyschometrising the technique helps to identify just how impressive or not the technique actually is.

It is definitely a good idea to psychometrise the therapist or healer, or reader, that you are considering working with. Do a mini-reading on them to get a sense of how light they are, how good they are as a healer, what their healing energy is like, how solid and reliable they are, check for negative doorways or good energy, and gain a sense of their intentions as well. Someone I know had some sessions with a therapist, who wanted to use a therapeutic technique, and also wanted to give a form of energy work. The energy coming from her was actually like black goo, and it was as if she had black tendrils coming out of her trying to wrap themselves and insert themselves into the other person’s energy. The therapy was OK but the healing wasn’t healing, and there was a sense of trying to pull the recipient in so she could make more money from them.

It helps to find a therapist with clear intentions, who is reliable, who gives out good energy and uses a clean, high energy technique, who trusts God or the universe enough to have a good, respectful financial relationship with the client.

If you like reading books you can psychometrise them before buying or reading. Some authors have better energy than others, and some books have better energy that other books. Also when you pyschometrise possible books, you can identify the one or ones that you like the look or feel of, and which would most likely be what you need at that particular time in your life.

There are some books that are not overtly spiritual, but actually carry an energy or a message, or link you into an energy that influences you and possibly many people. In this way these books open up an audience to new frequencies of light, and offer new possibilities of what life is like or can be like.

There are films around that can do the same, which open up the imagination and offer a positive message and energy and sometimes offer quite a healing energy. The films can appeal to millions of people. Spirituality is for everyone, not just for those people who consider themselves spiritual.

The Harry Potter books and films and those associated with them have sparked the imaginations of millions of people and they are conduits for spiritual energies to flow in. These books and films can touch many more people than books that spiritually minded people consider as being spiritual. The Perfect Masters and the Spiritual Hierarchy want to work with everyone on the planet (as well as the whole of Creation).

The world we live in has people in it aligned with the Dark Lodge and people aligned with the Light Lodge. The Dark Lodge aim to slow or stop spiritual progress, to ruin societies and degrade the world generally, and aim to dominate and control, reduce freedom, corrupt and tyrannise. The Light Lodge aim to promote spirituality, promote health, happiness, wellbeing, freedom, responsibility and love. The Dark Lodge and Light Lodge work through different people who may or may not know this. It helps to be able to psychometrise people, those that have a position of power or who are trying to gain a position of power, those people who are influential, who wield financial power to influence governments or societies, and those that claim to speak for groups of people.

When pyschometrising people it is important to offer up your own expectations and prejudices as what you think is going on may be different to what is actually going on in the big scheme of things. Life is quite complex at times. To give you an example, I once watched on the television a demonstration that was happening. It was an anti-war demonstration. Most people would consider that war is a terrible way of sorting things out and resolving issues, though for some people it can be a means to invade and take over another country’s land. From there point of view war is what they will do because they want to.

I looked at an anti-war demonstrator expecting them to like peace and want peace for everyone. That was my prejudice and my expectation. Instead I saw a heart filled with hate and an energy field filled with negative energy. They were anti, but they weren’t pro anything positive. On further consideration I sensed the demonstration had a very negative feel to it, and wasn’t in any positive way contributing to the reduction and ending of war.

With regards to psychometrising, you could check out politicians (watch out for your own pre-judging), group leaders, heads of organisations, industrialists, heads of countries, bankers, heads of media companies, journalists, TV and radio presenters. You can check out musicians, singers and actors, and anyone else you feel like taking a look at.

Before psychometrising, it is very useful to prepare your system.

Imagine roots growing out of your feet and base of your spine down into the ground a deep as the roots can go. Let white light flow into you through the top of your head and down through your body and chakras. A flow of white light can flow in through your head, through your body and down through your legs into the ground. Let the white light flow particularly into your heart centre in the middle of your chest, and also into your third eye. More white light flows down and gently wraps around you. This will aid  you in psychometrising.

You Have a Guide

OK, so you have a guide. What does that mean? What is a guide? Where do they come from?

Everyone now has a guide, like a spiritual personal trainer. These guides have a Divine nature, so they know the answers about how to get you from where you are now to where you could potentially be at the end of this life. Your Divine guide will most likely stay with you through all your other lives. They are a major guide for you and the picture they work with is your spiritual journey over many lifetimes, not just this life with its specific karma, life experiences, personality and lifestyle.

Then there are other guides who are with you for part or all of your life. They may be very apparent to you or they may work in the background and work with you on the non-physical inner planes, or they may work through you. It isn’t necessary to be aware of your guide or to be aware of communicating with them. They can work in quite subtle, unobtrusive ways.

A lot of medical people such as doctors, surgeons and nurses have guides that specialize in healing. They may have one or two guides that come through when they work with patients. Musicians and composers can have guides that specialize in music, which can be a powerful medium for conveying inspirational and healing emotions, and patterns of healing energy. Artists can have guides who specialize in conveying healing energy through art, and who help and work through the artists. Some meditation teachers, healers will have guides that can come through and provide healing energy and spiritual energy. Psychics and clairvoyants may have guides that pass on the gossip about people.

As the person works over time, then the guide works, experiences and understands more about life down here. The guides develop spiritually and get spiritual advancement as well, which usually means more work and service.

Guides are usually assigned to a person / soul before they incarnate with their life purpose and karma which helps them with that purpose, and the guide may have been with that soul for several lifetimes building up the working relationship.

If a person goes through a change in their level of consciousness which might entail a change of karma and spiritual responsibility and work, their guide or guides may be changed during a lifetime.

With what I would call working guides like these, what helps them be effective is for us to look after our aura and chakras, and have a way of living that keeps our energy up and provides enough peace.

It helps them to work through our systems and provide us with any energy, emotion, and mental inspiration we need, and love.

Basics first. Having enough good sleep, enough rest, enough exercise, a good diet, enough meditation, enough being out in Nature, and whatever else does you good. Not too much screen time. These have massive impact on our energy system.

Then cleaning up and keeping clean our chakras and aura is really important. People have different ways of doing this. One way is to use a meditation to clean and energise all the chakras or centres. It is very handy to use a meditation to button up or close chakras when they don’t need to be open to protect the energy, and have a meditation to protect the aura. If the guide works with high frequency energy then a grounding meditation to put down roots and bring in the astral body is very useful to prevent being floaty and ungrounded. There are some forms of exercise that can be very grounding for people who don’t find it easy to visualise roots going down into the ground.

Then smile, think positive, and be loving and kind to self and others, and feel that inner peace. Not always easy, I know; life is full of lessons, and sometimes it’s the guides giving us a test to help with our development!

In general, it is also very helpful to have the physical space that we live in energetically cleared and cleaned. If the physical space feels calm, clear and supportive it is good for us and good for the guide(s). It may be the case that the work we do is done in what we might think is a tough environment, for example a doctor in an emergency department of a hospital, but guides also get training to handle the ambience of the environment, and some purposes are carried out in pressurised situations. Having a bit of a calm space at home helps with the unwinding of tension, and having the nurturing that is necessary.

In charge of our spiritual journey in this lifetimes and future lifetimes is the Divine guide. They won’t take away our karma because we want to escape it, but they can help as they have the overview. They know the route on our journey Home. So we can ask for help. They don’t negotiate though and aren’t open to debate. Things have to be done their way. That’s why they are spiritual trainers. They are there for when people are ready to say, “OK God, Thy will be done, not my will”.

Give Your Computer, Tablet and Phone an Energy Spring Clean, Now

Spring in the Northern hemisphere, flowers are appearing and it’s a time for spring cleaning. Open the house or flat, let in the fresh air. Dust, clean, polish and throw out what is old energy (and recycle).

Get rid of the residues of old stagnant energy, and let in fresh, lively and vibrant energy. Buy some flowers and lift the energy of the place. It’ll help your energy feel a lot better and you’ll feel happy.

Your phone. Your computer (laptop, tablet). What about the energy of these? Do they ever get a clean?

We wash clothes so they are clean. People will do what it takes to clean crystals and recharge them. The electronic devices, we recharge, but cleaned? Usually not.

If you are sensitive, intuitive and / or your third eye is open, then take a moment to feel into or look at your phone, laptop etc. If you can sense lovely energy or negativity in a place or a person or objects, then you can sense it in these.

Your laptop, phone, tablet or computer is a physical object, and physical objects can hold energy. People use their phones to access the internet and the websites on this. They store apps on their phones. They make calls and receive calls from people and organisations.

In the physical world, if you have a working relationship with someone else, or a friendship, or a dislike, or a deeper relationship with them, then you will have some karma with them. You will also have cordings between you and the other person. The quality of the cordings will depend on the kind of relationship and how loving (or otherwise) it is. if you imagine you have, say, nine circles around you, then that person will be on one of the circles, either close in, or further away. The closer they are, the more they have access to your system, and the more you are in their energy field as well. As you could imagine, some people can have very full circles, with people having access into their emotions, thoughts and energy, so that their space isn’t their own. This can make it difficult to get quiet mental space and space for meditation. A person with a full space can have a lot of input coming in that isn’t theirs but which is really somebody else’s. This is why doing healing meditations to clean up your aura and chakras, and space around you is so important, as is practising buttoning up chakras and protecting your aura.

This physical world was the situation before phones and before computers and the internet. The life we now live has changed.

We know that physical objects can have energy, including computers, etc.. But so too can things in a virtual world or in cyberspace (can’t use the word “objects”, but I could perhaps use the phrase “virtual entities” because it describes them so well).

When someone has an idea for a website or app or service they have firstly a mental idea, which is mental energy. They work on their concept and put in mental energy and also put in some emotion, which is emotional energy. The concept becomes a virtual reality and has in it mental and emotional energy, which builds and builds. It literally becomes an entity. As more energy is built up, it can form a basic intelligence and spirit, and emotional qualities and can exist on the astral levels. As the concept goes live on the internet and has more and more users who bring in their own mental and emotional energy, the entity grows and morphs, developing it’s own nature. You can sense the energy of a website, app or service intuitively, with your third eye, or imagine it as a ball or cloud of energy, and you can look at it and notice how you feel about it.

Some apps, websites and services are benign and look and feel good. The cordings from them, like coloured strands or ropes will look and feel OK. Other websites, apps and services don’t have your best interests at heart. They may not be what they seem. It could be the case that you are the product and they want your data, perhaps the site has been designed to hook you in, or that it is addictive to be on, or your opinions are surreptitiously being swayed or nudged. Or it pushes negativity. Some sites and apps can act vampirically and take energy from you for a little snack (astral entities particularly like emotional energy or etheric life energy). These will intuitively feel and look awful, and the cordings will look unpleasant as well.

Things in cyberspace and in the virtual world have mental and emotional energy and are real.

You can receive positive energy form an app, site or service, or message or email, and this projects positive and loving energy into your system. And it will feel pleasant to wonderful. You can receive negative energy, and that goes into your system, as you are likely to be wide open energetically sitting in front of your laptop. And you will feel that negative energy.

There is a lot of things on the internet that carry some negativity, or that can host negative emotional and mental energy, and negative astral entities. It is very easy for a pristine new phone, laptop, computer or tablet with clean energy to build up negative energy in the circuits and develop into an astral home for the astral critters or bigger astral entities. The astral space can seem bigger than the physical space the object takes up. Doorways can be formed in the astral space as well, letting in uninvited guests.

It is really worth cleaning up devices that connect to the internet, every now and again, and also after going onto a site with a negative feel, or after being on the receiving end of some negative energy.

A negative input of energy can happen if someone has placed malware onto your device or hacked into it, as this will form a negative cording and a conduit for downloads of negative gunk from a negative source. It’s a virtual jungle out there.

It is possible to clean up the energy so that your experience of being on your device is positive. The first step is to identify what is going on in your device, and you can be creative about how you do this in a way that is easy to pick out information from.

Imagining your device as a house. What does the building look like? What are the rooms like? Are the doors open or closed? Are there a lot of doorways or just a few? How tidy and how clean is the house? Are the rooms well furnished? Plenty of light in there? Or dark and full of shadows? A fresh smell, or a musty, old smell? Any old files stuffed in the attic or down in the basement? What is the atmosphere like in the house? Fresh and vibrant? Calm and peaceful? What’s it like? Pleasant sounds? Is the house clear, or do there appear to be things living in it that you would prefer not to be there? Any blobs? Any faces? Any ghost like shadows?

Perhaps some changes need to be made, rooms cleared, curtains opened, and windows cleaned so the light can flood in. Doorways can be closed, and sealed if need be, and cut flowers in vases placed on tables. (In physical life flowers actually do radiate positive energy freely and selflessly out into the world.)

Can you imagine what your device would look and feel like if it was cleared and cleaned? What would your experience be like of using such a device?

Here is a meditation to help clear up the energy of your device. The first step will be to adjust your own energy first before working on the device. The second step will be to use a blue rose to bring in the right kind of energy to clear and protect your device.

Read this first then try it. In a quiet enough place and in a comfortable position, close your eyes. Take several long and gentle breaths, gently exhaling with each.

Imagine roots growing out of your feet, as deep as they can go into the earth.

Allow nourishing and healing energy from the earth to flow up your roots and into your feet. Allow this energy to flow up into your body, in its own time, all the way up to the top of your head.

Now let gentle and soft very bright white light flow down from high up, directly above you, as if from a white sun. Let this light flow onto your head. Some of this light will flow over you, and some will flow in, down through your centres or chakras in your head. The very bright white light feels very pure, still, and silent (like being in a gentle snowfall).

The very bright white light keeps flowing down your body, down through all your energy centres. It keeps on flowing, down in to your legs, and down to your toes. The very bright white light keeps flowing down, adjusting your energy, dissolving what shouldn’t be there and lifting your energy.

Down through this white light flows a white rose, with the petals open. This white rose flows down to your heart centre in the middle of your chest and stays there, radiating out its essence into you on all levels.

For the next part, have your device in front of you. Read this first and then try.

Again close your eyes. The very bright white light keeps on flowing down. Within this flow of light, flows down a beautiful blue rose, with petals open. It is filled with blue energy. The blue rose comes down to settle in your heart centre in the middle of your chest. One copy of the blue rose, like a hologram, flows through your arm to your hand, and another copy of the blue rose flows down the other arm to the other hand. Placing your hands over the device, imagine these roses flowing down forming a single blue rose which lands on and then goes into the device. Imagine the blue energy from the rose flowing out and around your device, covering it, and then flowing through all parts of your device.  As it does this, it clears, dissolves or moves out astral energies, doorways, entities and qualities. The blue rose and its energy clears, removes, and resets the energy. Imagine the blue rose and it’s energy at work for a minute if you can, as white light continues to pour through you. If the blue rose and its blue energy seems to disappear, let another blue rose come down through the very bright white light, and let another round of cleaning and resetting occur.

If you get tired, stop have a break, and go again when you are ready.  Repeat if you need to.

When the blue rose and the blue energy have cleaned up your device, then become aware of your own energy, and light the very bright white light flow down for a short while, and let the earth energy flow up at the same time.

When you feel complete, let the images of your roots and the white light fade, and open you eyes.

If you want to be really thorough, you can imagine your device as having nine layers, and with the blue rose and blue light, you work on each layer in turn from top to bottom. Rest as you need to.

Another variation is to visualize blue energy from the rose flowing out from your device to wherever on the internet negative energy came from.
