Online meditation with Jonathan Barber Paused for a while

We all have our own reasons as to why we want to meditate. Different forms of meditation suit different people. In this particular form, the process is to close your eyes, breathe and relax, then the energy of the meditation comes in, and you let yourself relax and simply go with the flow of the energy. If you have ever gone down a slide, you will have started off, and you didn’t have to do anything other than enjoy the ride. The same goes for this form of meditation. You prepare, relax, and go with the energy.

There are two ways meditation is done here, and the process is similar for online and for real-life face-to-face meditations . One style is guided visualization, where as the energy comes in there are words to describe what is going on. The other style is without words, and you simply relax into the silence and stillness, and the energy coming through.

If you want to sit in a chair to meditate, that works fine. If you prefer a lotus position, that is fine, too.

At some point, the energy of the meditation recedes, and the meditation will draw to a close.

Each meditation session will be about 30 to 40 minutes long.

You can book one-off meditations such as the one-to-face sessions and the Tuesday evening sessions, and there are two courses at present, “The Intuition Program” and the “Looking After and Enhancing Your Energy” program. These consist of a series of meditations and explanations which can be booked as a package. The course are detailed below.

The one-to-one sessions, either online or face-to-face

These can be held at a date and time suitable for both. Email first then we can talk via Zoom, Teams or WhatsApp. Contact details are on the booking page.

Weekly Meditation

Held on Tuesdays.

Firstly you will be led through the preparation.

Then guided into the start of the meditation.

From here you will be able to flow with the energy as it comes in.

Towards the end of the meditation, you will be led out of it.

Then led through a process of buttoning up and protecting your energy.

Looking After and Enhancing Your Energy

This series consists of:

Clearing the aura and chakras, and “buttoning up” as a form of protection.

Grounding and putting roots down.

Bringing light down through the chakras; unblocking, healing and strengthening.

Bringing up energy from the Earth.

(The previous two together)

Clearing the space around you.

Working with a guide.


Self-appreciation of your body.

The Intuition Program

Clearing aura and chakras.

1st session of working on the third eye.

1st session of working on heart centre.

White light through the chakras, and energy up from the earth.

Heart meditation and 2nd third eye meditation.

Clearing the brain (as the main processing area).

Clearing auras and chakras, about thoughtforms, about astral entities and combinations. Practise psychometrising (practise on 4 or 5 things).

Clearing, running light through the centres, grounding, heart centre wrapping around the third eye, charging up, more psychometrising.
