Walking on a Golden Pathway

Imagine you are flying down a tunnel like a wormhole out in space. You come to a junction, and choose one tunnel in front of you rather than another, and so your journey goes on.

In life, we travel down timelines. These timelines branch off into other potential timelines. Each timeline has it’s own quality, rough, smooth, peaceful, full of strife, and so on. What affects the timeline we are on is the karmic package we came into this world with.

There are points along a timeline where there options. This is to do with a number of things. Firstly, karma. There are three types of karma, positive karma which roughly goes on a scale from feeling content  to having a lot of fun. Negative karma, which tends to be painful and hard. There is also opportunistic karma. Opportunistic karma can become positive or negative depending on choices we make and the actions we take at the time.

An earlier article shows how to use triangles to find the most light-filled choices and make the most light-filled decisions. This leads to happier moments and a happier life, and you get to develop spiritually in a happy and fun way. Also, spirituality does have to have a way of dealing with pain and suffering rather than glossing over it, so that experiences can move people on spirituality. This is quite an emotive aspect of spiritual knowledge.

Another influence that pushes people down one timeline or the other is the interest of a Perfect Master, who may decide to send a person down a particular timeline to speed up their spiritual development, burn off karma, or get them to learn something and change as a person. This is done with the long-term benefit in mind. The soul is happy about it, but the personality often howls. How you think about it depends if a person is looking from the personality view in the down, or from the Up, the soul view.

Also, high level guides and the spiritual hierarchy may decide to apply a spiritual test to see if you are ready for the next step of spiritual development, usually through the big workshop called Life. They will place you on a specific timeline and watch.

Here is another way to access a timeline, that is hugely beneficial. There is a big, wide timeline available for humanity and creation called the Golden Pathway. This is all about new law, rather than the old law that has been dominating life so far. In human terms, having old law operating can mean living with a lot of fear, or guilt, or shame because of what others have done, said or thought. It means living with greed, jealously, the desire to take from others, or to have power over others. Old law, roughly put, means being OK about hurting and being violent towards others, about hating others, about being OK with trashing the planet and the lifeforms within this planet, and about disrespecting life on earth. It means it’s OK to be wasteful, to disregard the effects of ones lifestyle on those around and on the planet. (People in the West, myself included, are building up a lot of negative karma due to lifestyle.) Old law means thinking and acting selfishly. It’s about dealing with issues in life by looking backwards, rehashing old ways.

New law is about knowing you are an individual within a collective whole, which includes the whole of life and creation. This reflects the fact that our souls are part of the Oversoul, which is part of God. New law is about being loving (and loved), about trusting, about giving (and receiving), about respecting life, about trusting the Divine. It is about service to others and the world (if we get off-planet, then this includes wherever we go). New law is about thinking and doing for the collective good, including our environment and other lifeforms. It is about doing the best loving option (I didn’t say perfect as we are down here in creation with a mix of chaos and order plus karma to get through, which I suppose in a way is “perfect”). New law is about about being creative in areas of our life including ones that currently show up as problems in how humanity functions or doesn’t function e.g. hunger, lack of clean water, poverty, violence linked to gender, lack of democratic power and influence on governments and people and organisations that shape our lives, and so on. Spirituality is actually very radical and about shaking up the status quo. New law evolves and evolves, and keeps doing so continually, as more and more intense and higher and higher frequency light comes down into creation, into us and into life right now. Light really shakes things up, so that the old drops away, and the new, more loving and light filled options develop. The old tries to resist, so change can take some time.

Humanity’s experience of life is going to keep changing and improving, since your average person in 3,000 years is going to have about the same energy system and energetic power as Perfect Masters have now, and that is some change.

The Golden Pathway is really quite a wonderful timeline to be on then, and really is quite different to the old way of thinking, feeling and doing. There is a lot of gold light, inspiration, and golden bubbles of energy falling down as the energy of the first Divine Journey flows down into creation (to be followed by the white light of the second Divine Journey and the blue grace of the third Divine Journey). There is some very high level guides coming down as well to act as personal trainers. There are plenty of new concepts and ideas falling down for people to latch onto and to then bring into fruition in everyday life to improve life for themselves and others, and the planet. There are also new, more loving and happier emotions coming down as well, like gold dust falling down. So life becomes creative, everyday a progression on the last, each moment unique and different; always a moving forward. This is living God on a daily basis, expressing God in new ways on a daily basis. (As mentioned before, it’s not about being perfect, as there is the mix of order and chaos, and the karma to experience. It’s about how we go about living.)

Here’s a meditation to access and feel aspects of the Golden Pathway.

Gold light falls as dust that glows gold. It falls with a silence, though within it can be heard faint chimes. There is a feeling of softness to it that is very gentle. It holds within it a stillness, that is very calming. This gold light / gold dust falls on you and around you. Where it lands on you, it lights up your skin, and the gold light spreads inside. The gold light / gold dust falls on your feet. The soles on your feet have tiny centres on them, and these open up as an effect of the gold light, roots grow gently out of your feet to ground you.

Your skin glows a gentle gold. Gold light falls onto your head, and travels through your head into the centres within your head and body. So the gold light goes into your crown centre, your third eye, and into all your other centres, down a path through the centre of your head and body.

In each of your centres or chakras are timelines, like lines of light and energy that flow off into the future. So timelines are straight and go forward, other timelines go off left and right, and some are curly, and others are like bent branches and twigs. The gold light / dust gives strength to the timelines that go straight ahead in alignment with the Golden Pathway. This pathway grows out of your centres like a potential option.

The Golden Pathway forms as a timeline and a pathway under your feet.

Bubbles of gold light flow down and go down into your head and body. Some of these bubbles gently burst to seed you with energy that can show up later as ideas and emotions. They also provide energy to help generate change within you.

You are corded to people, places and things (virtual and solid). The gold light softly and purposely travels down these cordings, if you want, to bring about change to support you being on the Golden Pathway.

Imagine taking some steps along your golden pathway. Gold light flows ahead, creating a smooth path, and the gold light may travel some way ahead.

Let yourself absorb the gold light, the golden bubbles and any golden inspiration. You may find ideas aligned to the Golden Pathway come to you.

Keep absorbing the gold light for a while. When you are ready open your eyes.

Big Change, Healing and Golden Adventure

You can short-cut straight to the meditations, though reading the explanation will give insight:

Once I took a homeopathic remedy called staphasagria. It’s very good for “healing” unresolved issues around family and relationships, and for clearing the backlog of emotions to do with these issues. I took a 2M dose which I found out was like dynamite. Things came to the surface very fast, and for a short while, life was hellish. Some issues and emotions were really cleared out.

The homeopathic remedy worked by putting the right kind of energy into the situation to flush a lot of the (I wouldn’t say all) old issues, energy and karma out into the open, so it could no longer be hidden away, and so it had to be resolved. It wasn’t the easiest of times but life was better after it.

While going through this, a key point was to not drown in the craziness. I still meditated, and that kept me focused.

Another time, my mental state was very depressed. For a lot of people in a similar situation this would be very unpleasant, but I had been warned beforehand by a healer that I would be going through this mental energy. He was very good at seeing what was on my timeline, and could see the negative mental karma I had to chew through.

Forewarned, I meditated and daily visualized several positive outcomes. Emotionally and mentally I still felt like rubbish, but day by day, the meditation and visualization got me through life.

Here are two points. One where negative karma and related issues explode and events happen for us to work through, dissipate and balance, and another where the energy feels unremittingly negative and unpleasant.

Events and processes such as these happen throughout life, and throughout history. But right now, they are happening more and affecting a lot of people. In many large scale happenings triggered by people, the environment and lifeforms within it also suffer. There is a lot of change going on in the world and life for some is really tough. There are also people who have lifestyles where they don’t notice the issues and the difficulties or suffering of others, some of which could be alleviated. We all have different karma, but we are all connected, and all of life is connected. For example, if there is serious airborne pollution, or a radiation leak, or pollution in a river, lake or ocean some distance away, then many lifeforms, including people are affected.

There has been a tremendous amount of healing energy pushed into creation at the moment. Some of this is creating the new, bringing in New Law and new karma.

Some of the energy, the love and the light is stimulating the old, bringing up the old karma and old law to the light of day, so it can be worked through, dissipated and balanced, to make way for the new. This means transformation; getting rid of most of the old, and creating the new, and having brand new timelines. It’s about getting life the way God wants, which can be very different to how people want things to be. There is change on many levels, for individuals, families, communities, countries and so on. Rapid change can be difficult, sometimes it can be fine.

Flushed old energy and karma can be painful. There are about 300 years of cleaning up the old to go through, as the old runs out of energy.

Along with positive action, a superb way through all the changes is meditation, because it can bring in grace and bliss to help with emotional and mental pain. Going into the silence of meditation can also help people navigate a way through life, by accessing a higher level input than that found in everyday life. It can also be a way of accessing the inspiration and practical guidance to take positive steps in one’s own life, and to help others and the environment. The new, updated laws and energy, concepts and karma are already here.

Meditation to access the new:

The simple version is to go into meditation and ask for the Paramatman light, as this already has in it the combinations of new frequencies of light required and information. But you get what you look and ask for, so expect the new. The Paramatman is also good for alleviating emotional and mental pain.

In a quiet place, get comfortable. Close your eyes. Imagine putting down roots through the floor and into the ground, and let them flow down to anchor you in, which helps you safely absorb more light. Imagine focusing directly above you, and imagine bright white light above you. Mentally say, “I ask for and open up to the Paramatman Light”. Then let it flow down as beautiful bright, white light. Let it flow wherever it needs to flow as it has a Divine Intelligence.

Let the Paramatman Light keep flowing for as long as is required.

When the Paramatman Light fades or goes back up,  check over your body, emotions and mind to notice anything different.

Open your eyes.

Another meditation useful for dealing with change and the thoughts and emotions linked with it is based on a tailor made package of energy.

Gold Light and Love is already flowing down from the first Divine Journey, down into the planes of creation. It is already in the sixth plane. So up there is energy filled with inspiration, beauty, emotions and dreams, along with energy to provide fuel to make changes happen, and a bit of bliss to make difficult times easier. As part of this energy comes the opportunity to have on going input from a high quality guide from the Divine Journeys, who can act like a personal trainer.

In a quiet, comfortable place, close your eyes. Imagine putting down roots like a tree, into the ground to anchor you in, and help you deal safely with high frequency light.

Let light from the ground wash through you to start with, to clear any debris and emotional energy you don’t need.

Now let white light flow down from directly above you. Let it flow through the top of your head, and through each chakra in turn, to heal, cleanse and synchronize the chakras. Let the white light flow through your nervous system, and your muscles and bones, which store the memory of your life events in them, and your organs. Let the white light flush out what you don’t need and what can be released at this time. This is quite healing in its own right.

Now see directly above you in a midday position, a bubble of brilliant gold light which is coming down from the 6th plane, which is a plane of mental light, into which the first Divine Journey is flowing.

This gold bubble is filled with new inspiration, new ideas, new motivation and new emotion. So within this are new moments like points along a new timeline. Attached to the bubble is the focus of a new guide from the Divine Journeys.

The gold bubble comes down to encase you, and the gold light saturates all your chakras, and every single physical atom in your being. The gold light floods your astral body and your mental body. By doing this you are saying Yes to new law, and releasing the link with old law, which is found in old ways of living. So it is time to create something new, and do something new, based on love and life.

Feel the gold light in your eyes, and in your brain. Feel the gold light in your heart centre in the middle of your chest, and feel the gold light in your solar plexus.

Let the gold light flow down cordings that you have with people, places and things, that seem to accept the gold light.

The gold light becomes absorbed within you. Feel yourself painted within with gold light. The guide’s input will develop in its own way, which will be a brand new story.

Now become aware of your body, and open your eyes.

The colours in the last three meditations – what they mean

The last three meditations were based around three colours, gold, white and blue.

The gold colour is the light of the first Divine Journey, which is falling like golden snowflakes down through the planes in physical creation. Its effects are many. Powerful healing is one effect, but it is healing from a higher perspective rather than a lower perspective. So it’s healing that brings about the most appropriate and extensive development. Another effect is stimulating massive change by stimulating karma. This burns up a lot of negative and old dark energy. It also brings in and stimulates new positive development on a personal level, right through to a global level and beyond. To summarize, old energy and karma gets used up, and is replaced by something more wonderful. The gold is a form of bliss, and has in it some wonderful guidance to bring about change for a more loving life and world (though it will still have its challenges).

More on change vs being comfortable in a later post.

The second energy in terms of power and intensity of love and light is the white light. This is a filtered version of the light of the second Divine Journey, just a sprinkling. This light is a form of bliss, and again brings about healing and change from a spiritual perspective. There is a lot more to this energy, and this can be explored by doing the white light meditation.

The third energy is the blue light. In the meditation offered, this relates to a diluted version of the blue of the third Divine Journey, and is a form of grace. Very powerful. Again, there is so much more to this light than can be written about here. Though once again, using the blue light meditation will give direct experience.

Over the next three thousand years these three energies are all going to come down through all the planes of creation, right down to the very bottom. The result? Massive and total change in the world and creation, so that humanity will be very different. All that old negative dark and karma from the distant past needs to be burnt up and transmuted, and a lighter and more love filled world created, peopled with people who feel and think and act differently to how they do now. Which means all old centres overhauled and new additional ones, and a general reworking of the aura and so on to be able to live in a more intense and refined energy.

Enjoy the meditations (more to follow).

Life is going to be anything but boring and predictable in the future. It could be a grand spiritual adventure.

What goes up, better come down

Crucially, meditation needs to include an element of grounding.

Often when people meditate they connect with the light from higher planes or the Divine Journeys (for instance, one type is the Paramatman Light). There can be a yearning for the higher light as it is so wonderful compared to the relative darkness and discomfort of normal life.

In meditation we can bring the higher into the lower. But that draw upwards can cause problems.

To start with, some spiritually minded people aren’t in their bodies even from birth. They never fully connect with everyday life and can be dreamy and in a world of their own. Some people don’t really come back into their bodies after meditating, then the effect is the same.

There are some tried and tested techniques for grounding, such as stubbing your toe on a chair leg or other inconveniently placed piece of furniture. Going over your ankle is a favourite for some. In extreme cases, breaking a leg happens and so on. (Just so you know, these are all real life examples).

There are plenty of non-meditative techniques for grounding which are part of everyday life. For instance, gardening is a superb way as there is a strong connection with the earth, and the rhythm of the seasonal flow of energy. Walking in Nature is great, so too is scrambling on rocks, and for the brave,  rock climbing. Going underground into caves is really grounding (I tried that last year).  Some people in the world live near natural mud baths. What a place to get grounded in. I’ve known some people to dig a shallow hole in their garden and place their feet on the soil. Diet can play a huge part. Root vegetables, and for those that can eat meat, that can really help. Using the body for exercise is an excellent way to get grounded. An activity such as judo is a great way to get grounded. Simply taking a break from spiritual practices and meditation for a day or so can also be appropriate.

There are some useful meditation techniques for grounding. Using your imagination and creatively visualizing affects your energy. Just prior to meditating, trying closing your eyes and imagine roots growing out of your feet and out of the base of your spine. These roots can be any colour, though they may be dark coloured to correspond with the slow frequency energy of the earth. If you are in a building then imagine your roots going through the building to the ground. Imagine the roots going as far down into the earth as possible. Let the roots spread out as they go down. Let dark slow frequency light flow from the earth up your roots. The slowest earth energy is black, so this is a good colour to use, and has a soothing, nourishing and healing effect. Let it flow up your legs into your body and head, into your organs. You can let this black light flow back down your legs, and into the ground. Repeat this a few times. Then, still with roots down, you are ready to meditate with higher frequency light.

With regards to grounding, I met two people who had meditated intensely over a period of weeks in a Perfect Master’s ashram, and in Meher Baba’s centre. They were both burnt to a crisp by the high intensity light, with their auras blown wide open, their nervous systems frazzled and over-sensitized, and they were both completely ungrounded. They could not operate in normal life.

The solution was no spiritual activity for a year, physically grounding exercise and a stodgy diet, to support grounding and the necessary slow healing.

What is it deep inside people that makes them meditate?

There is something inside people that provides the inspiration or the urge to meditate. It is very deep; an intrinsic part of being human, of actually being alive.

Meditation is connecting, or trying to connect with Home.

Here’s why.

When a person meditates they attempt to experience peace and silence, and achieve this to some degree. This peace and silence is good for the spirit, and for the mind and body. It nourishes, clears, strengthens and relaxes all parts of the person.

Souls initially exist outside of creation, up on one of the Divine Journeys. Usually one of the lower ones. That is their original Home. They are usually asleep and unconscious, all the while experiencing the deep Silence, the peace, the light, and the deep divine love that are part of the Divine Journeys. This is experiencing God, or aspects of God, moment after moment. This is Home.

Souls are then washed down into creation as they follow in the wake of the Avatar as they periodically come down into creation. After many lifetimes experiencing  many different lifeforms, the souls experience human lives.

As a human, there is something deep inside that remembers where we are from and what our true nature is. There is an urge to re-experience those qualities of Home, to experience the silence, stillness and the love.

Meditation is a natural way of experiencing down here in creation in a diluted way that which as souls we would experience Home on the Divine Journeys.

Silence can be deep. Once, I attended a meeting of Meher Baba followers. Songs were sung, prayers that had been written by Meher Baba were said. Then we all stood silently. The Silence that began was like the doors of infinite Silence being opened. It was vast, deep and infinitely dynamic and active, filled with peace and love. It was like no other silence I had ever experienced. After a couple of minutes the Silence faded and the normal reality returned.
