Oh, and remember to Smile!

The tide has changed.

It used to be the case that life was fairly predictable and it was a safe bet that we could be comfortable with the familiarity of an existence where we knew that tomorrow life would be rather like today. The same kind of life would be happening, and there may be some surprises but not too many to destabilise our ideas and expectations about life.

In a spiritual sense, life was heavily influenced by our karma so life trundled along in its own way. There was a steady familiairty as old institutions and organisations that were based on old values and old energy held sway.

But now, on a personal level, on a societal level and a national level, and also on a global level, the old energy is being ripped up and new energy is being injected into life on all levels. Change on all levels needs to happen and it is happening. The old guides to life and the old ideas don’t work in this new world, where the old energy is being demolished and the new energy is coming in, no matter how hard people try to fight to hang onto the old ways and the old energy, a lot of which was quite slow frequency and also twisted anyway.

It is to be expected that people will try to hang on to the old life, to the old structures in life and to the old ways of living. If that has served them well in the past and if it all they know. But for them, alas, it will be to no avail.

For those people who were already disillusioned with the old ways of doing things then all this change is likely to be embraced, and the new, emerging aspects of life will be accepted.

As new energy flows into this emerging world the old maps of how to live life won’t work. What does work is paying attention to your intuition and trusting.

Everything is changing, and though it isn’t possible to understand the changes, there are new opportunities emerging as the old ways of living change. Life looks messy at the moment. However, the new energy coming in that is ripping up the old and creating the new is also offering the new information required to live in this world and to be part of the change.

All you have to do is trust everything is going to work out, and use your intuition to go with the flow. And Smile.

Easy.

Interested in intuition and clairvoyance? Here’s some links to articles and meditations

We all have a third eye and a heart centre and other chakras, so we have what is required for intuition and clairvoyance. What else is very useful is some understanding, and some practice using intuition and using clairvoyance. Plus very importantly, being able to clear your energy and block incoming energy you don’t want to connect with, which are skills that can be learnt.

Here’s some links to articles and meditations you might find useful:

Imagine God has a restaurant

Yum?

It is easier than people think to use their intuition. Imagination is the key. You just have to imagine you can smell something, taste something, feel something, hear something and see something. Over time you get to trust yourself and your ability to use your intuition. Your abilities can just grow,

Being able to sense something intuitively is called psychometrising. You can get quite analytical with it, and use it in all kinds of situations. There is an article about psychometrising on the blog.

FAQs about meditation and online meditation

What if I’m new to meditation?

Meditation is fairly straightforward and in an online meditation you will be given verbal prompts as to what to do. You will soon pick it up.

What does meditation involve?

This depends on the kind of meditation. All meditations have a beginning and an end sequence, and these can be similar for each meditation.

For the beginning, you make yourself comfortable, and close your eyes. You can then focus on your breathing. Just notice your breathing, and observe it for several breaths. This relaxes you, calms your focus, and reduces mind chatter. You can then become aware of the energy of the meditation, relax, and just observe that.

What happens then depends on the kind of meditation. If it is a meditation held in silence and stillness, you allow yourself to notice the peace and calm. Or if there is an energy flowing while you are being silent and still, you relax, and just notice or feel the energy that is flowing in the meditation.

If the meditation is a guided visualization, you relax, listen and go with the flow of any images, feelings and sensations you might notice. It is like being taken on a journey, where you can relax and enjoy.

Towards the end of a meditation, you once again become aware of your breathing, and stay with that for a few breaths at least. You then become aware of your body, and perhaps notice your fingers and your feet and toes. Then when you are ready, you open your eyes.

What clothes should I wear?

The general idea is that you are comfortable. People will often wear loose clothing. Sometimes people like to wear some clothes that for them means they are going to meditate. It’s rather like having a protocol to follow that tells the mind, “Right, this is a special time, it’s time to step away from distractions, the outside world and busy thoughts and feelings, and meditate.” The clothes set the tone for some people.

How should I sit?

Some people like to sit in a traditional yoga lotus position which goes with Indian based meditation techniques. They would also hold thumb and (say, middle) fingers together to allow the flow of prana through the body. It is worth bearing in mind there are other meditation traditions where this won’t be considered a necessity. Some people like to have their hands, palms up, in their laps.

Some people like to kneel, partly sitting on a cushion, and other people are happy to sit in a chair. I find that sitting in a chair works for me as when the energy comes in during meditation, it accesses various chakras in a way where the lotus position and hand positions aren’t the important factors, whereas just being comfortable and open to the energy are important.

Should I eat or refrain from eating before meditation?

It is personal choice. However, in some kinds of meditation, there can be a lot of energy flowing through, and the body responds by using up resources. Generally it is helpful to make sure blood sugar levels are high enough, and having enough minerals in the diet is also helpful. It is better to feel stable and grounded rather than weak and faint, so a decent diet helps as does food after a meditation if it seems to be necessary. The type of diet depends on what helps your body feel nourished.

How long should I meditate?

As a beginner, 20 minutes or so is a good start for a week or so. Then 40 minutes, then an hour. It depends on the kind of meditation.

Working with energy though, it is possible to notice a start, when the energy starts coming in, a period where the energy of the meditation keeps flowing, and then the energy recedes. In this situation, the amount of time for the meditation then depends on when the energy stops, rather than being a set time.

In everyday life, a maximum of an hour a day is OK, as life is for living and loving and learning, and meditation can be used to support this, rather than be a way of avoiding life (with the caveat that sometimes meditation might be required as an escape and a healing respite for a while).

What benefits are there to meditation?

Once you have a feel of how much meditation to do a day feels right to you, meditation can be beneficial. There has been a fair bit of research done on the beneficial effects of meditation. It has been found to reduce stress and anxiety, and physically to lower blood pressure. People seem to become calmer and more relaxed, and happier. Being more relaxed supports creativity and focus, and so improves effectiveness.

I have found that meditations with a focus on self-esteem improve self-esteem. Also with meditation it is possible to improve body image. People can feel better about themselves with the help of meditation, though this can be achieved in other ways, too, (e.g. doing something you can do well at such as sports, singing, a hobby, learning a new skill, public speaking, finding a job you enjoy, and therapy if required).

As I work with chakras and the aura, I have found that meditations that focus on these help to clean up a person’s energy (so they feel better), and I have found it is possible to improve intuition (we all can do it, just needs a bit of preparation and practice).

Meditation can open up someone to the layers of their spirituality, and there is a lot to explore about spirituality through meditation.

Can children meditate?

Yes, though perhaps for shorter times than for adults.

When is the best time of day to meditate?

Any time that suits you or that you can fit into your life if it isn’t possible to prioritise a time. It helps to do meditation when you are not too tired as you might just fall asleep otherwise. Some people like early morning, some people like to meditate at noon, at lunchtime. It is what suits you and when meditations are available if you are doing them online.

There are meditations and articles about meditation and spirituality available on my blog through this link.

How I Got Into Meditation by Jonathan Barber

The author, Jonathan Barber, chilling out.

I started on the path to meditation in the middle of the 1980’s. The first step came about because I was a science teacher in inner-London interested in ways of learning. I came across a book that took a powerful learning technique from Eastern Europe and added in Western style ideas, including creative visualization.

I tried out some of the creative visualisations, liked them and incorporated guided visualization into my science classes. The students loved them, saying they helped them deal with stress. The guided imagery helped too, with learning. In the 1980’s and early 1990’s you didn’t need a certificate or a diploma from some organisation in order to use guided visualization or meditation, and the organisations didn’t exist then anyway.

For myself, I found the techniques really useful for working with the subconscious mind for creativity, and for accessing good ideas.

For the next step, a healer suggested that I should do some Om-ing. I did this, and found that my ability to meditate was deepened. From then on I meditated by sitting in my attempt at a lotus position with eyes closed. First of all I focused on my breathing, become silent, before going into the flow of the meditation.

The meditation work changed me. It opened up my intuition. Along with doing T’ai Chi it helped me become aware of spiritual energy, and it opened up my healing ability.

I started doing healing work, and using breathing techniques and visualization with drug users who wanted to overcome the addictions.

I also accidentally started giving Tarot card readings but without the training. After a while, as I was giving the reading faster than I was looking at the cards, I stopped using them which was somewhat freeing. I put the development of intuition down to the meditation.

Working with people and the energies they brought along which they would release, meant it was necessary to learn and use guided visualizations to clear my aura, polish up my chakras, learn how to protect my aura and chakras, and see off any negative energies, and stay grounded. I would then teach these techniques to others when required.

I found that working with the heart centre helped all the other centres and I worked with the third eye centre, too. This led onto giving Develop Your Intuition workshops, since if I could do it, so could others. Teaching people to use their intuition was a great way to help people find their purpose if they needed to, make better decisions, assess situations, people and their own timeline ahead.

Moving out of London, I kept on meditating and learning more about spirituality, energy, and the possibilities of meditation. I would teach meditation techniques as and when required. I found that the right guided meditation, along with the requisite energy would flow in as I worked with people at that time on a one-to-one basis.

Now in the present moment, wave after wave of new energy is flowing in, which can be expressed through new guided visualization techniques in the moment, brand new; fresh.

I found that spirituality is not static or stagnant. Like a flowing river it is always changing, and each wave of spiritual energy coming in is different just as each wave coming in to the shore is different, and always original. Spirituality is always changing, always fresh. Truth is many layered (think of an onion as a basic analogy). People as spiritual beings are many-layered and always developing spiritually. Newer and newer energies are coming in, and guided visualization and meditations are a way of working with these energies, as the same energies impact on the world around us, bringing change.

I find that using meditation, it is possible to have healing, the right energy and an intuitive sense of the steps to take in life, and an understanding of the order within apparent chaos. Makes life more like surfing a wave rather than falling in it!

Using Intuition on Social Media, and News

We can use intuition in simple quick ways in everyday life. For most people that can include social media and news on the internet, so that in the words of an old Who song, “we don’t get fooled again”. The simple technique involves using your imagination to imagine a post or news as flowers. Just get a quick image, and go with that. In this way there is no over thinking. if you prefer cars to flowers, use cars, or whatever type of object you like. Sometimes I like to imagine things as sounds played by a band or orchestra. It’s fun, but there is serious intent behind it.

Of course if you want to analyse the data further and really dig into it, that is possible too.

So if you want to develop your third eye and intuition further, you can. You can find out about strengthening your chakra system and aura and get the chakras to work together powerfully. You can learn how to work with thoughtforms and how to psychometrise posts, news, people, situations and things. If you are in business, being able to choose between different opportunities, and different possible timelines for short, medium, and longterm benefits is great.

There are techniques and information that can be acquired from the book, “Meditation: Opening Doorways On A New Reality” (See about the books).

There are articles and meditations on this blog you might be interested in looking at if you want to know more about intuition, third eye and clairvoyance, and more. It’s all basically about using your chakras, astral and mental body in the way they can be used, along with a guide or guides (make sure to have a good quality one as these are available).

The Accidental Tarot Reader (Or I didn’t see that coming!)

Life can take us to places we don’t expect or plan for, but which turn out just right.

I had developed a decent ability in healing, and wanted to make my services available in central London. So one day I visited a shop that I knew had rooms above to hire. I began to talk to the manager when a tarot read came down stairs followed close behind by a client. The tarot reader exclaimed to the manager that they couldn’t read for the client, that it just wasn’t working. Without thinking, I said, “I’ll do it!” The client said, “Yes”. The manager gave me an annoyed look, gave me a pack of tarot cards, saying, “I hate people who interfere.” The customer and myself went upstairs to a room with a few other tarot readers in cubicles.

We sat opposite each other at a small table, the client, a woman about forty years old or so, shuffled the cards, gave them to me and I laid them out in a pattern.

I had a deck of tarot cards at home but the pictures were more a complicated collage of images, more Californian than traditional. Old style images didn’t give me too much to go on and strictly, I didn’t know their meanings in a traditional sense. I had practised a little on friends before with my pack, though hadn’t considered doing readings as a job.

I went for it anyway, and told a story based on the feelings and impressions I picked up from the images on the cards. The reading was fun and it was a great success. The customer was happy and I got paid. The Wednesday after the manager phoned me up and asked me if I would be a tarot reader in the shop. The next Wednesday, I was there.

This all started with not having an open third eye, nor was I aiming to open it.  I was given some advice by a healer to chant Om as an exercise to clear all my system as well as my chakras. First 20 minutes a day for a week. Then 40 minutes every day for the next week, and then for an hour.

I was in no rush to open my third eye. I had heard stories of people pushing it too far and ending up seeing much too much energetic phenomena, which for the unprepared mind can be scary. The astral levels can be split into the lower, middle and upper. Experiencing a lot of lower astral level phenomena due to an open third eye and no training in tuning your third eye (rather like tuning into different radio frequencies), is something to be avoided.

With chanting and meditation, I began to just “know” things about people and situations, and see things around them. Friends would ask me to tune in about issues for them.

To give readings in the shop, I experimented with different patterns of cards so that I could tune into specific information in depth, such as relationship issues, or issues to do with business and projects, or the qualities of individuals and organisations.

Working with clients, at first I found I was taking on board any negative energy they brought along. They were getting a healing while I got that energy. I soon learned how to clear negative energy and offer it up for transmuting and releasing. I learnt how to protect my aura better. Working as a tarot reader was a great opportunity for me to get good at handling energy. I also learnt how to clear and close my third eye and give it a rest.

I tried to apply positive thinking rather than be fatalistic. I didn’t give a reading with the mindset of, “it’s fate and this is the result”. I looked for options and the best scenario. To my way of thinking, if I was giving a reading about a client, I regarded them as having an actual timeline, and also some probable timelines that could happen if they put some time and effort, basically energy into them. I also considered they had some parallel timelines that were slightly different.  It was like giving a reading but saying, “and here is the small-print, and this is what can be altered and changed with some application…these are the options”.

A basic spiritual rule is, “energy follows thought”, and putting energy into something creates a small, or a large result.

The readings told people what the current situation was, what were the available options, what seemed to be the best option, then we looked at what steps needed to be taken in what they thought, and what practical steps should be taken, to get onto the optimal timeline.

It’s like looking down a path, considering what it is like, then seeing how it splits into different paths, and choosing the best path and identifying how it needs to be traveled, to create the best possible future.

It was very enjoyable. After a while, I was giving the readings faster than I was turning over the cards to see the pictures. So I gave up using the cards.

After that, I started to run workshops to help people to develop their intuition, and showed them how to look after their energy should they choose to work with other people.

A Very Important Skill; Psychometrising

A Very Important Skill; Psychometrising

Psychometry is all about sensing or tuning into, or reading the energy of something. You can use your third eye as in clairvoyance, you can feel into the energy, or assess it as sound, or touch and texture. You can use your intuition to assess the energy, or work with your guide if that is what you do.

Psychometry can help you gain information about almost anything. It can help you gain a sense of how useful or important something is, how safe, unhealthy or dangerous something is, or how relevant and up-to-date something is.

Psychometry was basically used for tuning into the energy of an object to discover information about it. Take for example a piece of old jewellery. By placing hands near it, or holding it (sometimes not a good idea if the energy is negative), people who were practised at psychometry and had skill in it could sense the previous owner and what they were like, and other facts that were held in the energy that was still corded to the object.

Some objects, such as metals, and particularly gold, could absorb and hold energies. This isn’t always great when heirlooms or antiques are passed down through the generations. I once visited an old historical house that had old swords on the wall. Some swords felt a bit unpleasant as they had been used in battles to injure and kill people. Probably not what you want on your walls!

With energetically pleasant objects, it can be good training practising to tune into their energy, psychometrise it, just see what impressions you pick up from it and do a mini-reading on it. Psychometry just takes practice and a willingness to give it a go.

There is so much you can psychometrise; aerial photographs of villages, towns and cities as well as buildings. You can psychometrise large built up areas such as airports, factories and so on, plus historical buildings. It can be very interesting either visiting a geographical feature such as a field or hillside or cave and pyschometrising that. There are areas of land that have been the sites of ancient towns and cities, or places where battles have been fought. Some places have supposedly secret underground spaces or buildings that have been constructed which can have some very interesting energies. Also some sites and areas of land can have a powerful ground energy or be a place where ley lines cross, or where there is a geological feature under the ground that give it a strong energy.

As well as using psychometry for gaining impressions and information about physical objects, it can also be used for examining abstract concepts such as theories, ideas and plans, or philosophies and beliefs. There is a notion that the truth can set you free, and we take a lot of concepts for granted without considering their value or how truthful they are.

Psychometrising abstract concepts has a lot to do with regarding them as thoughtforms, which which is a powerful idea mentioned elsewhere in the book.

You can psychometrise religions, political beliefs, political parties, opinions and ideas that pass for conventional wisdom that people assume to be true. For instance, if a lot of people have been persuaded to think that using a certain pesticide is a good idea, you can psychometrise that, or psychometrise the advertising or research put out by a pharmaceutical company. You can psychometrise banks, oil companies, new space companies, department stores, and so on. In fact everything has a thoughtform associated with it which you can psychometrise.

The area of the New Age, of self-help, of spirituality, of healing, therapies and meditation is a rich place of abstract ideas and thoughtforms that can be psychometrised to gain a sense of how appropriate for you they are, of how realistic they are, how useful and helpful they are, how loving and positive they really are (or not!).

If there is an event being advertised or promoted, you can sense it as a thoughtform and psychometrise the energy; do a mini-reading on it.

Anything you see posted online you can do the same with and psychometrise it. It really helps you to be able to identify the quality of what is posted, how high (or low) it vibrates, how truthful or fake it is, how benign or malign it is (sometimes they are, as even Dark Lodge folk go looking online for unsuspecting punters in online communities and groups).

You can psychometrise pieces of music and songs to check their energy and how much they can feed into your energy. (Mostly I prefer popular music or rock as I find it helps to ground me and some of the groups and singers are doing a spiritual purpose and radiating healing energy to a lot of people.)

You can psychometrise any affirmations that are put out on social media sites and see how much energy there is behind them. If you are condsidering any groups to join, you can psychometrise those as well.

You can take a look at pronouncements about what is happening in the world from aliens from Arcturus, Lyra, the Pleaides, Andromeda, or from various grand intergalactic councils. You can psychometrise the sources of these words. You can do the same for missives from guides with impressive names, or supposed to be coming from angels. On the astral planes there are clumps of energy or static that people can tune into and believe to be a special source of information. In the arena of spirituality, if you are having something presented to you with the expectation that you will believe it, testing it by psychometrising is important. You can psychometrise everything to figure out how much truth there is in what you are presented. (I say this because I have been there and held beliefs that I thought were right and which I then ditched. I thought the concepts and beliefs were the most amazing thing ever but with experience and closer examination those concepts and beliefs disintegrated. Fortunately.)

It is worth psychometrising the concept that is prevalent amongst some people that angels act as guides. You might also like to psychometrise the idea that angels look like (very glamourous) humans. Find out what is true for you.

You can psychometrise the concept of reincarnation and that reincarnation is real. You can psychometrise the concept that there are five Perfect Masters on the Earth at all times. How about the concept that the Avatar (God in human form) incarnates on this earth every four hundred to seven hundred years in major and minor incarnations?

You can psychometrise various trainings that you see advertised or hear about. You can gain an idea of if they are right for you and what their qualities are like. You can pyschometrise the various styles of meditation that you come across, and the various meditation teachers or schools of meditation. This can help you find the right one for you should you want to do meditation.

There is a lot of information and misinformation out there and pyschometrising what you come across can make a big difference. I’m all for people being well informed.

At some point you might want to have some healing. In alternative and complementary medicine there are many healing modalities and it helps to assess and choose the right one for you (definitely check out any free ones!). You could try psychometrising the concepts of Reiki, of homeopathy, of hands on healing (spiritual healing), of using crystals, of using sound with Tibetan bowls, of Shamanic healing techniques, and so on. There are techniques where you listen online to sounds, you could psychometrise aromatherapy, reflexology, acupuncture, and so on and so on. Quite often someone comes up with a new technique, so being able to assess it by psychometrising can be helpful. Some techniques are given impressive sounding titles. Pyschometrising the technique helps to identify just how impressive or not the technique actually is.

It is definitely a good idea to psychometrise the therapist or healer, or reader, that you are considering working with. Do a mini-reading on them to get a sense of how light they are, how good they are as a healer, what their healing energy is like, how solid and reliable they are, check for negative doorways or good energy, and gain a sense of their intentions as well. Someone I know had some sessions with a therapist, who wanted to use a therapeutic technique, and also wanted to give a form of energy work. The energy coming from her was actually like black goo, and it was as if she had black tendrils coming out of her trying to wrap themselves and insert themselves into the other person’s energy. The therapy was OK but the healing wasn’t healing, and there was a sense of trying to pull the recipient in so she could make more money from them.

It helps to find a therapist with clear intentions, who is reliable, who gives out good energy and uses a clean, high energy technique, who trusts God or the universe enough to have a good, respectful financial relationship with the client.

If you like reading books you can psychometrise them before buying or reading. Some authors have better energy than others, and some books have better energy that other books. Also when you pyschometrise possible books, you can identify the one or ones that you like the look or feel of, and which would most likely be what you need at that particular time in your life.

There are some books that are not overtly spiritual, but actually carry an energy or a message, or link you into an energy that influences you and possibly many people. In this way these books open up an audience to new frequencies of light, and offer new possibilities of what life is like or can be like.

There are films around that can do the same, which open up the imagination and offer a positive message and energy and sometimes offer quite a healing energy. The films can appeal to millions of people. Spirituality is for everyone, not just for those people who consider themselves spiritual.

The Harry Potter books and films and those associated with them have sparked the imaginations of millions of people and they are conduits for spiritual energies to flow in. These books and films can touch many more people than books that spiritually minded people consider as being spiritual. The Perfect Masters and the Spiritual Hierarchy want to work with everyone on the planet (as well as the whole of Creation).

The world we live in has people in it aligned with the Dark Lodge and people aligned with the Light Lodge. The Dark Lodge aim to slow or stop spiritual progress, to ruin societies and degrade the world generally, and aim to dominate and control, reduce freedom, corrupt and tyrannise. The Light Lodge aim to promote spirituality, promote health, happiness, wellbeing, freedom, responsibility and love. The Dark Lodge and Light Lodge work through different people who may or may not know this. It helps to be able to psychometrise people, those that have a position of power or who are trying to gain a position of power, those people who are influential, who wield financial power to influence governments or societies, and those that claim to speak for groups of people.

When pyschometrising people it is important to offer up your own expectations and prejudices as what you think is going on may be different to what is actually going on in the big scheme of things. Life is quite complex at times. To give you an example, I once watched on the television a demonstration that was happening. It was an anti-war demonstration. Most people would consider that war is a terrible way of sorting things out and resolving issues, though for some people it can be a means to invade and take over another country’s land. From there point of view war is what they will do because they want to.

I looked at an anti-war demonstrator expecting them to like peace and want peace for everyone. That was my prejudice and my expectation. Instead I saw a heart filled with hate and an energy field filled with negative energy. They were anti, but they weren’t pro anything positive. On further consideration I sensed the demonstration had a very negative feel to it, and wasn’t in any positive way contributing to the reduction and ending of war.

With regards to psychometrising, you could check out politicians (watch out for your own pre-judging), group leaders, heads of organisations, industrialists, heads of countries, bankers, heads of media companies, journalists, TV and radio presenters. You can check out musicians, singers and actors, and anyone else you feel like taking a look at.

Before psychometrising, it is very useful to prepare your system.

Imagine roots growing out of your feet and base of your spine down into the ground a deep as the roots can go. Let white light flow into you through the top of your head and down through your body and chakras. A flow of white light can flow in through your head, through your body and down through your legs into the ground. Let the white light flow particularly into your heart centre in the middle of your chest, and also into your third eye. More white light flows down and gently wraps around you. This will aid  you in psychometrising.

The Energy of Businesses That Affect Our Lives

A short while ago I wrote a piece on intuitively sensing the energies of countries and looking at their energy as triangles.

Some countries value the personal liberty of their citizens and freedom of expression, and they will have laws that protect their citizens. There are some countries that now recognise the importance and value of the environment around them, and have laws to protect the environment so it can survive at least, or flourish. There is a spiritual understanding in this, even if it isn’t explicit, but the love and respect is there, nevertheless.

How a country, by this I mean its government and its establishment and institutions, regards its citizens has a big impact on its people. If you look at the energetic triangle of a country, it shows up energetically.

In some countries, freedom is important. There may be some people within the country who think they know better than the general population and take it upon themselves to “save” this population from itself and engage in covert surveillance and control of the population, as if they are in a war to protect their society, or their version of it, so their concept of freedom is twisted somewhat.

There are governments that control some areas of life in some countries. There are some governments or dictators that control all aspects of life so there is no freedom. So there are countries where the government controls totally what goes on in cyberspace on the Internet, and watches who says what.

Some governments of countries are respectful of its citizens and works on their behalf. Some governments are dictatorial and controlling.

I got to thinking about companies and the intuitive energetic triangles that represent them. A company can provide good or poor products or services. This can be a big nuisance. But for example, if a biscuit manufacturer makes a product you don’t like, there are other biscuits and other manufacturers. The impact of this company on your life is not that great. They don’t have much power to affect your life, and you have choice.

A company like Monsanto still has an intuitive triangle that looks distinctly unpleasant energetically given the products that impact on the environment. A company that has a massive negative influence on many areas of a country and its government such as Nigeria, the company being Royal Dutch Shell, has an unpleasant looking energy triangle. It’s all about power and money. Nigeria is stuck with Shell for the moment.

The Internet is an area where the large companies involved have a massive influence on our lives. I remember when Google and Facebook were good ideas. Taking a look at the energetic triangles of these companies when they started out, they are full of energy and light. Now Google’s triangle has a black outline and the energy is slowing down, as if it is less about supporting its users creativity and more about controlling what they can see and how they work, and their is a lot of surveillance of its users.

The triangle for Facebook still has some light in it, but is starting to look sickly and stagnant as it is over-controlled and now set up with its main aim to make money for Facebook. Then again there is the surveillance and data gathering.

If the Internet companies were based in China, OK, because large companies, especially ones with an international aspect to them, are to all practical intents and purposes, extensions of the Chinese government. They would not be allowed to operate or survive without their say so.

In the rest of the world, Google and Facebook are becoming more about control, and less about freedom and respect. If they were countries, they would be oppressive and controlling. There are other companies involved in the Internet and software that are happy to facilitate surveillance capitalism and work with countries who have little respect for their citizens.

On this blog there is a piece called Triangles if you would like to have a look and try the idea out for yourself on some companies. I like spiritual ideas that have a practical use and effect in our everyday world, and intuitive triangles is one of them.

You can tell a lot by intuitively looking at the energy of a country

Each country has a spirit like a spirit of the landmass. Added to this is the spirit of the people living there. Where I live, in Britain, over thousands of years there have been different groups of people here. There were people here from the Iron Age. There have been Picts, Celts, the Britons, the Romans, the Anglo-Saxons, the Vikings, the Normans (who came from France but who were from the Vikings). People leave an energy on the land with what they thought, what they felt, and what they did, and what happened when they were there. This energy soaks in the land. Places of habitation will have their own atmosphere.

Battlefields have a particular feeling of fear, anger and survival, and often people who have died in battle are still earthbound there. Places where evil happened will have that feeling. Conversely, if a land has a people living there who abide by spiritual ideals the energy of their living will soak into the land.

In Britain, the number of people around was quite small until the past few hundreds of years. Britain tends to be quite stable in how things are done in this country and people with power generally are not prone to being dramatic or crazy, or wantonly evil. Fair play tends to be a British characteristic when it comes to how the British treat the British, though historically they have also shown ruthlessness and that is one reason why they created an Empire. Democracy and the rule of law, combined with a fair amount of respect for Royalty, and a Royalty that has tended to treat the populace with some respect rather than despotically, has lent itself to a way of life where people have rights and are positively regarded. The resulting energy input onto the land from the British way of life is OK-ish, though could always be better.

Also in Britain, there are some areas where the energy of the land is quite powerful and quite high, such as the Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire, and the nearby Stonehenge. Some of the stones for Stonehenge came from West Wales, and the area they came from is again quite high energy.

A place like India has a tremendous amount of spiritual energy soaked into the land. It was the place where Perfect Masters were usually born and lived for a very long time. It is the place where the Avatar usually incarnates again and again every 400 to 700 years. The population as a whole revered the spiritual people who lived amongst them. It was a spiritual country rather than a materialist one. The spirit of India was quite high.

Though now it has become much more materialistic, and the way too many men think about women and girls, and the way women and girls have been violently and sexually treated has darkened the spirit of the country. The energy from humanity soaking into the land is less bright, and sometimes dark.

The energy soaked into a land can go back ages, literally. Lands can have been places where there is a lot of old Lemurian energy. This isn’t always positive. For instance, paedophilia came about in Lemurian times. This and other Lemurian energies need to be cleaned up from landmasses.

Atlantean energy can leave a dark stain on the land, particularly when souls with strong Atlantean energy reincarnate again onto the land. The Atlantean root race had to be got rid of by a great flood because they misused their power and decided to invite in evil. That was the end of them, though their energy still needs to be cleaned up. (The Aryan root race came next, us, though this root race timeline is fragmenting – anyone noticed the world going slightly nuts? – and a new root race with more chakras and abilities is coming about.)

Countries holding remnants of old energy that are holding them back will have this mixed in with the spirit of the landmass, and importantly the spirit of the people. Some people carry more energetic clout than others.

If you look at old pictures of the Nazi political leaders, and the military leaders and use your intuition to look, you get to see the dark energy around them, their black heart centres, the negative power in their centres, and the occasional black bat’s wings effect of extreme evil. There might be a glow of glamour around these people to try and disguise them (you wouldn’t expect the dark lodge to be blatant and upfront about it as it would give the game away).

Now take a look at pictures of the leaders in North Korea. Rather a lot of dark lodge folk have incarnated there. You can take a look other  leaders of other countries. Best to do this without prejudging a particular leader, as sometimes the saying “life is not what it seems” applies.

If you have ever dealt with someone who is devious, a total liar, a psycopath, or basically someone who is a signed up member or associate of the dark lodge, you learn pretty quick (hopefully) that there is no levelling with them, no honest dialogue and you can’t expect them to be respectful or fair. That just isn’t in their chemistry.

A powerful group of dark lodge people can energetically swamp out a large number of ordinary people with less well developed centres and auras. A powerful dark lodge group will affect the overall energy of a country.

Events will also affect the energy of a country by darkening it, or making it brighter.

Countries (and cities and towns and organisations) have a chakra system just like a human and other living creatures do. You can intuitively look at these chakras to take a look at the health or the state of the country.

You can look at the overall energy of a country as a triangle. Point pointing up is good. Point pointing down is bad. A nice healthy, glowing and stable triangle is good, pointing up. Britain is vibrating a bit and letting off steam but has a mostly gold colour so things aren’t actually that bad, or maybe I’m biased.

Germany before the weekend looked like there was a bit of gold, but also some red (not good), and looked like it was inflated and ready to burst. The chakra centres look like they are tearing up a bit which doesn’t look good. Looks like a social struggle, a gap between the politicians and the people. This will knock the shine off the economy, and what is bad for Germany is bad for Europe and vice versa. Or alternative way of looking at it is that change is afoot and a new balance will be achieved.

Taking a look at another country: Hungary’s triangle is golden and fat, as the country is being supported by Europe, but the chakra system is black.

I’m not going to go on through each country though fair to say things aren’t as stable as they could be. Things are likely to get worse before they get better.

North Korea’s triangle is ominously and angrily black. It is pointing down. When people, places or things develop a lot of unpleasant, negative, chaotic black zeroth plane energy (in contrast to lovely and nourishing black devic energy or earth energy), it has to be dissipated, often very quickly. This can happen by a release of energy through an accident, the destruction of a place, or in the case of a country, a war. After saturation point arrives the Law of Opposites which kicks in as some event happens and the triangle goes opposite and turns lighter (like what happened with Germany after the Second World War).

People in the world have mostly come to the idea that war is a horror and it leaves scars on the people involved, and can be damaging to all. This might hold things back, then again war might happen.

In meditation you can try for yourself using your intuition to check out the triangles and chakras for countries.

You might like to take a look at these:

Here’s a link to an article on the blog about fear and love and the energy of countries. When looking at a country in an energetic way we can use our third eye, or intuitive abilities, or clairvoyance which are similar in the result. We can look quickly or make it into a deeper technique or set of techniques. Going deeper, the process can be called psychometrising, and this is what can be done with countries. Here’s an article on this process. I took a look at the world altogether, and looked at what is going on with the energy on the planes of consciousness. I wrote this to explain why the world is the way it is at the moment: Today’s Spiritual Weather Report. Enjoy.

Intuitive Triangles for Decisions

A fairly quick way of assessing a situation or checking out choices is to use this intuitive method. It’s ideal for something new where you might not have prior experience, or when someone else is trying to get you to do something.

If you want to, you can then go into a more thorough exploration, which for choices, goals and big decisions is important, and think things through.

This method is visual, and with practice, can be done in a few seconds, or the blink of an eye. If you have the time, you can also feel inside yourself, to check the feelings you may have to do with what you are considering. Good, beneficial choices and decisions will have happier feelings associated with them than choices or decisions that are second best or downright detrimental.

The method is based on triangles. The triangles usually point upwards, and tend to be equilateral triangles with all sides equal and all angles equal. That’s usually, if the energy is particularly bad, then the triangle points downwards.

The triangle will have a colour or colours. How lovely they look reflects the energy. The brighter and more beautiful they are, the better the energy and the decision or choice. The greyer, or darker, and meaner looking then the choice or decision is best avoided.

Everyone has an imagination, and using what we call imagination is a way of using the third eye chakra or centre, and the other chakras or centres which can feed into what we experience through what we imagine. When we imagine, we think we make something up. When we make something up, we are using our brain and energetically, our chakras or centres. Done with an honest and open intent, what we are effectively doing is using the input from chakras/centres to view something through the third eye. With practice, you get to find that you are using your third eye, rather than just making it up. Right now, everyone’s third eyes are opening up, and that means everyone. This gives everyone a new way of interacting with the world and sensing the world, not just physically through, physical eyes, but also energetically. Which means we can get to experience more of the astral world around us, which can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on what is there, and if you know how to deal with it. Most people are unconscious of the fact that their third eye is opening, and some might want to block it out (usual techniques used to try to do this is drink and drugs, which tends to muck up the chakras and aura big-time, and in fact make people more open to the astral).

Back to the triangle, all you have to do is think of a choice or a decision to make, and for each, close your eyes and in a very quick meditation of a few seconds, view the triangle. Check it is pointing up or down. If down; avoid. If up, then check the colour or colours, and peruse them for a moment or two. Check your feelings linked to the choice, whether or not they feel OK, brilliant, or negative.

Usually, if nothing looks that great, then there is another option to find, perhaps by looking outside of the box. This part takes more considering.

This triangle method can also be done with eyes open with practice, like overlaying a visual image over what you see, like wearing a pair of google glasses. I’ve seen people use this to decide on routes when cycling and driving.

If there’s a case of where to go out with friends or someone new, there can be more aspects to explore. (I did once help a girl check the chakras, especially the heart centre, aura and general energy of a guy who had asked her out. Her decision at the end was a no.)

The triangle can also have words at each corner that describe the energy of the choice or decision, and it can be really useful to use your third eye to “imagine” the words at each corner, to give you more information. The third eye also works with taste and smell, so you can imagine the taste and the smell of the triangle, and even imagine a sound. This approach basically gives you a way of accessing information that is not available just by using the physical senses and the physical brain.

If you want to get really fancy, you can put smaller triangles on the corners of the larger, main triangle, to give a bit more information.

The more you do this approach, the easier it gets, and you get to work your third eye and other centres too, building them up.

I use the triangle method  for getting a quick energetic overview of what I see and read in the news, or of a person or organisation (interesting to try with politicians and political parties, and the occasional celebrity). Ocassionally, I get to challenge my assumptions about people, events and situations, that I assume are positive, but in fact aren’t, and ones that I presume are negative, but I get to see they are not. My education, background and culture that has influenced my thinking and beliefs is just that, merely education, background and culture. If I had been born in a different place and time, had a different education and different upbringing, I would think differently.

From a spiritual point of view, there are new ideas and concepts coming in that are original and brand new. They have nothing to do with anyone’s background or past, or past or current cultural ideas. You can’t relate to them using your past. But you can relate to them using your intuition and spirituality, as you are a spiritual being.

As spiritual beings, as souls being in matter, we have chakras/centres that we can use in our everyday life. We can live more and more consciously as spiritual beings, working with the energy and spirit of things.
