Good Health and Good Energy

Mid-twenties and without realising I was on a destructive path carrying baggage from the past. In order to get myself and my life onto a happier path, I dived into spirituality and self-improvement.

A lot of the approaches I tried worked, and I was happy to spend money on therapies such as breathwork, different kinds of massage, acupuncture, radionics, homoeopathy, books and workshops, because it was making me happier and healthier. At that time the Wellness concept wasn’t talked about as such, it was more about vibrational medicine on a cellular level, and self-improvement. My life changed direction and I didn’t look back. It was and still is a life of learning, refining and change, trying out new things, discarding what no longer works, and learning a lot about myself and life. I had a science background, and I knew science didn’t know everything, instead science keeps developing, if people are open-minded enough to ask new questions.

My health improved hugely, with a change in diet and cutting out drinking and dodgy substances. I liked exercise anyway, and taking up Tai Chi had a positive impact on my body and I learnt a little about Chi energy, and other kinds of energy. Even all that time ago I looked after my gut biome as it made sense to me. I took some supplements which helped a bit.

Fast forward to now. I have had a family and life was more about doing what it takes to be healthy enough and fit to be there for the children. I put them first and it was my job to look after them. My grounding in spirituality ticked over healthily, and progressed. I was definitely happy, still am, as the spiritual aspect goes deeper.

Health wise though is another issue. Being older, it takes more effort to be flexible, I have less energy, and health issues bubble under the surface. My body was giving me some pain. Things don’t seem to work so well as one gets older. I focused for several months on strength, flexibility and overall fitness levels, which helped a bit.

I have spent some time looking into what it is that affects health and function as we get older. It should not have been a surprise, but I was shocked to find there are some essential substances in the body that are found in smaller concentrations in the body as we age. So the body works less well. These substances seem to start dropping away in concentration from about the mid-twenties. How soon this happens did take me by surprise, but then taking a look at many sportspeople, then performance starts to drop as they get older, usually unless they take supplements and do exercise like Pilates or yoga.

As the body works less well, some substances that are unhelpful build up in the body, such as proteins involved in brain disease.

There are other factors that age the body slower or faster, such as genetics, amount of stress, drinking or not drinking alcohol, smoking or not smoking, drug use, obesity, quality of sleep over the years, exposure to harmful chemicals at work or in the environment, amount of exercise over the years, and having a good quality diet or poor quality. This is not a full list.

Having a happy mind and emotions, or an angry or worried mind and emotions is a factor that can be influenced by working on emotions and thoughts. Spirituality and meditation can have a positive effect on longevity. Having supportive friends or family definitely adds to happiness which supports longevity.

When we are young it is the hormones produced by the glands of the endocrine system which gives the signal for growth, for puberty, and the changes to the body that occur as time goes on. Hormones change in concentration as time goes on. There seems to be an intrinsic body clock, with the hormones as the messengers as to what changes need to happen when. We are all on a biological timer. People do try to counteract this natural system, for instance by taking testosterone to reduce loss of muscle, increase bone density, increase libido and improve mood. Though the long-term effects of this are not known.

Two of the key substances which decrease with age are NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide), which plays a role in repairing DNA, and in many physiological reactions, and glutathione, considered the major antioxidant. There are several other substances important for cellular function such as Coenzyme Q10 which also decrease in amount with age.

For anyone interested in these substances, it is worth researching further.

My first “go-to” when wanting to make an improvement in what is in my body is to tweak my diet. After this approach I may take a supplement.

Glutathione is not only the master antioxidant but also has roles in mitochondria, the body’s producer of energy, and in DNA synthesis and protein synthesis. It also regenerates Vitamins C and E in the body. It is an important substance, and its production in the body lessens with age.

As I hadn’t given a lot of focus to my body for some time, I started taking glutathione as a supplement. I started to have more energy. Over time, I found that health issues affected by low concentration of glutathione due to age started to clear up. My body became healthier with the increased concentration of glutathione. This has been a big win. I looked better.

The glutathione supplement has made a big difference for me. Clearing up health issues related to body chemistry, has made it possible to spot other health issues linked to emotions and also energy.

Sometimes traumatic events are not emotionally dealt with at the time. Perhaps the person doesn’t know how to. But the trapped-in emotions and thoughts can manifest as an illness or health condition. Dealing with the trauma massively improves health.

Our own beliefs and thoughts usually formed when young can express themselves as health conditions. From years ago, Louise Hay showed us how to identify thoughts linked to physical conditions, and how to work on thoughts and feelings from the past, resulting in improvement in the issue. I have found going back to this approach very useful. The thoughts were buried deep, and healing them has led to improved self-esteem and self-image plus improvement in the health issue.

Using glutathione from Immunotec® to clear up some health issues has really helped me uncover surprising issues going way back, and this has led to improvements. It has been a wonderful. An added extra.

Another thing, I’m quite intuitive, so when I look at people I will see the surface of them, but more importantly for me, I will sense their chakra systems and auras as well, which tells me a lot more about them than their looks. I noticed that taking glutathione supplements from Immunotec® had a very big energetic effect on people’s chakras and auras.

For me, a part of spirituality is that everything is spirit. Being quite intuitive, before I take something, I will intuitively check it out, I will check its energy or its spirit. If its energy or spirit is good, I will take it.

For some reason, the energy / spirit of the Immunotec® glutathione supplements are really top-notch, so I have been happy taking them. As there are some different combinations containing the glutathione, I did read up on the info about the products, about how to take them, whether or not I should drink water with them if any toxins were pushed out, and read up on what to expect and on any reasons why the glutathione products should not be taken (only a few reasons). As glutathione is naturally found in the body, I felt OK about taking it on a physical level as well as energetically.

As I mentioned, I took the products that came from the Immunotec® organisation. If you are intuitive, I would suggest checking out the energy / spirit of their supplements.

I was very impressed by the supplements and can recommend them, and I know others who had good results with them, so I became a seller for the company. If you want to take a look, the link is https://www.immunotec.com/Jonathan-B

Space and Spirituality

In days gone by people used to think that spirituality meant sitting in a cave, meditating (perhaps some people still do). These days, there is more of a focus on blending spirituality with living a life. It isn’t even necessary to meditate, as a life of service, doing positive acts for others, moves people along spiritually just as well (heart centre shines and old karma gets burnt up). So people can approach spirituality in a way that is right for them.

One thing we all have in common though, is that we are on this planet Earth.

When we are born on this Earth, we are layered with an Earth spirit. And also a layer of spirit from the country we live in and our parents. (If born at sea or in a plane, or developed in a laboratory outside a womb, there is a different spirit, though we have many lives and so get to experience different blends of spirit.)

Even as we grow and develop inside the womb our bodies are built with atoms that come from the Earth. As we grow as children, the food we eat and the air we breath has come from the Earth and its atmosphere. The spirit we get from this is like a stamp or essence within us that says “made on Earth”.

If we are grounded, then we get rooted into the Earth. We are used to its magnetic field, and its gravitational field. We are used to the intensity of sunlight from the closest star, our Sun.

If we know our exact time of birth and exact location, we can have produced for us our astrological birth chart. Based on the planets in our home solar system, and the distant (though not on the astral levels) constellations, this is like a map or symbol picture that is full of information about us, our qualities and potential, and perhaps our lives. This astrological chart though, is only for our birth on this planet.

This Earth is also the home planet of the Perfect Masters, the Avatar when they are here, the Spiritual Hierarchy, and some God Realized beings. So astrally from space, this planet is lit up like a Christmas tree, for any ETs with developed enough third eyes. The amount of spiritual light here on this planet, coupled with the light flowing in creating changes to humanity (as its karma is rapidly worked through and altered), life and the planet, makes this Earth quite bright.

There has been a growth in space technology, and there are races on to get to the Moon to set up bases and set up a base on Mars. People will also be thinking ahead to mine asteroids or to get to the moons of Saturn and Jupiter.

The old technology of rocketry, with a basic example in Greece around 400 BC, and rockets being used in battle by the Chinese in 1232 AD, is being rapidly developed.

But rockets are too slow to take humanity long distances in space within a person’s lifetime. New technology needs to be developed, and the new mathematics and physics to underpin any technological advance needs to be developed beforehand.

Knowing the deviousness of some people, it is quite likely that there are already secret space programs using reversed engineered technology based on ET technology from crashes that have happened around the world.

But, as the new spiritual energy coming in stimulates humanity, advances in mathematics, physics and technology will happen anyway, which will make the secret programs redundant (sorry folks!).

With the possibility of space travel what will this mean for humanity? What will it mean for spirituality?

Can you imagine a group of people going to Mars, and being free of the government they left behind?

Some people within governments would absolutely hate the idea of not being in control. But think of those distant days when America was British, and the time when some Americans showed the world they really had no idea of how to make a decent cup of tea by throwing it overboard from a ship. It wasn’t too long before the British overlords were sent packing and America became run by Americans. Then some Americans who were more powerful decided to run it for their own benefit.
Oh well, that’s progress for you.

Would the same kind of thing happen with a group of people going to live on Mars or the Moon? I would hope they choose freedom.

As children were born on the Moon or on Mars how would things be different?

They would have a layering of Moon spirit, or Mars spirit, or if born in space, space spirit. They wouldn’t necessarily have access to the same level of Avataric or Perfect Master energy as can be found on Earth, but as this expansion of humanity is part of a spiritual advance, then it is very likely some other way of accessing the energy will be available.

As a Moon child or Mars child grew up, assuming their food was grown on the Moon or Mars, then the atoms in their bodies would come from those places. How this affects their chakras and auras will be interesting to see.

For sure there will be differences in how they think compared to children on Earth. On Earth, children within different cultures are influenced by those cultures and their families, and the spirit of their country. So people from different countries and cultures tend to think and behave differently to each other. Hence the French will never understand the English and vice versa yet at times there is still a strong relationship. People who have had the opportunity to go into space even as a space tourist have found the experience changes them. Having different gravity to the Earth, a different level of magnetic field, and a different view outside is going to affect these children. I wonder how they will relate to people back on Earth, which they may no longer consider as home after a few generations.

If the people are in space, then they may find there is some lovely silence and stillness, and quite a busy astral layer, mostly in a pleasant way. (Check this out by watching Space X or other launches as they go higher and higher and finally into earth orbit, and tune into the energy).

Also, living things have centres or chakras which comes from a touch of soul energy. But living things can also be astral. So there is more to life than what people think about life at the moment. Planets can have physical life but they can also have life astrally.

What does it mean to be spiritual in Space?

Well, the Divine is still going to be within those of humanity who go into space. Though in space, no one can hear you Ommmmmm! (Unless they can listen astrally.)

Asking God or the Universe can make you happier

Spirituality can be very practical and it can encompass all aspects of life. It doesn’t need to be compartmentalized away from everyday life, and many people know this, and work with their spirituality in life all the time.

There is a lot of information and knowledge that people consider is spiritual in nature, though it might not apply to everyday life. For instance, how does knowing that energy is all around us help or influence how we live and what we do? Some people talk about portals, gateways and vortices, and consider information about them as important, or regard themselves as being “awakened” or “enlightened” (and others not). There are a whole bunch of other ideas to be found under the umbrella of spirituality, and people take on board those ideas they want to and reject those they don’t agree with.

What I’m interested in right now is how spirituality is linked with everyday life and how it helps people live and be happy and fulfilled. If you go on social media, it is easy to come across people on spiritual groups who are depressed or feeling miserable, or who are angry and some who are aggressive and attacking others.

The way I see it, if following some spiritual ideas make your aura grow and glow and look vibrantly healthy, then they are great ideas. If they help you to approach life in a way that your life works and you are happy and fulfilled then they are great spiritual ideas. We are here in physical reality for a reason, and when we have great spiritual concepts to live by, then we look energetically great, and life works. Life is a great place to test ideas out to see if they actually work. Caveat: if we have some negative karma to go through and so balance out from previous lives, we might not feel good and life might be bumpy, but at least we are going through the process of balancing, which is healthy in the end.

Even in cases of going through the negative karma, useful spiritual concepts can help us get it that it’s not all God’s fault, and we avoid just basically showing we don’t understand about karma. Useful spiritual concepts can instead help us to have inner strength and recognise and bring in the support that is actually available.

This isn’t new stuff, and it isn’t a secret (although if anyone wants me to wrap it up in mystique and say it’s exclusive and charge them a lot for it I can).

Basically there is God, and in fact our souls are all bits of God (which is why after a while, a long while of being through many lifetimes on the spiritual journey, the soul actually really gets it and thinks “I AM God”, but the focus right now is on everyday life).

Gods loves us totally though it might not feel like that because of karma and how rough it feels sometimes as we go through the negative karma, although unpleasant and painful situations can focus us on God. If life was pleasant all the time, the usual result so far has been for souls, for people, to forget about God. Perhaps this might change.

With God loving us, we can ask God for things. We can ask for advice. God knows us better than we know ourselves. God also knows what it is we actually need in order to be happy. God knows what physical things we need, and why. God knows the best ways to be to be as happy and as healthy as we can be. God knows the job or jobs we need to do in order to be happy and “successful” whatever that is going to mean for us. If you run your own business, well, there are people who consider God as their go-to business partner for ideas and solutions. People ask for things in meditation, and notice any responses which may be visual, or something spoken, or an image mixed with a feeling. They don’t force a response, they just open, relax and wait, or let the response pop in as they go through their lives. It helps to have the space and time to be receptive, so being on the smartphone all the time is the opposite of smart.

Some people find it difficult to relate to God, so they put out their request to that nebulous idea of “the Universe”, and let “the Universe” give them feedback. Makes you wonder if “the Universe” is something to do with God, perhaps.

The above is deliberate and conscious asking. Putting the thought out deliberately. But there is something else happening at the same time. There is a lot of thinking going on that isn’t deliberate. There might be habitual patterns of thinking happening as well, all…the…time. There might (will) be thinking going on subconsciously. These thoughts might be at odds to the deliberate thinking and requests going out.

Now energy follows thought. So when you think something strongly, and particularly if you think something habitually and repeatedly, a lot of energy goes out with that thought to God, or if you prefer, to the Universe. God, or the Universe if you like, gives you back what you think. So if you give out mixed messages, then the results coming back are not going to be clear.

Unhelpful habitual and subconscious thinking is like a long train travelling at speed. It keeps on going. As do your thoughts. You can change your thinking by deliberately thinking more helpful thoughts, repeatedly and over a long period of time. It’s a bit like putting the brakes on that long train. It takes a while for it to slow and stop, then go in the direction you want. It’s not impossible, and other people have done it, by being persistent and never giving up.

The other way people have quick results regardless of what they think about the situation or themselves is by believing. They believe that for God, anything is possible (so long as they ask for what God knows is right for them). They have faith. They know that God can deliver. Without necessarily knowing about it, the use or invoke the Law of Faith, which overrides any negative thinking and, it is done. So people who have faith in some kind of Higher Power are likely to have a life where things just happen for them. They ask for something, let go of the situation, and let God get to work, knowing God does it in the right time and right way.

Having this knowledge and this ability to Trust, to have faith, makes life a whole lot more fun, and relaxing. The key to this is just discussing things with God or the Higher Power or the Universe, and then asking, then letting go of the how and the when, and being happy and trusting. Is that so hard?

Now there are other things that make a person’s aura grow and glow. I’ll mention them here but maybe discuss them later. One, no gossiping, which discolours your aura and gives you unpleasant cordings and a bad case of low vibrational aura. Two, thinking positively of people and yourself brightens things up. Three, forgiveness. Four, gratitude; count your blessings. Five, giving, which might be money, gifts, a smile, positive words, or some help. Six, give yourself time to recharge. Seven, do the things that you enjoy and make you feel happy and excited.
