Death, Emotions and Reincarnation

Recently a friend from long ago died. I could see them up in the inner planes bright and sparkly, happy and thrilled at how they looked energetically. They were staying around, showing those of their friends and family who could see them how marvellous they looked and how happy they were.

And then, it was onwards to the next part of their adventure in the grand journey of Life.

Knowing them as I did, I knew they considered themselves as a soul with spirit, in a physical body. They thought of death as a transition and they knew about reincarnation.

For people who have such an outlook, death is just another step on the journey. The soul and spirit doesn’t die, it goes on. Those left behind who have this outlook can appreciate this and sometimes see the person who has died move on. This gets mixed in with the feelings of loss for those people who were close, as that person is no longer there, and a big part of their lives is gone.

In my own experience recently, two other people died and came close by on the inner planes basically glowing, and looking so radiant, saying their goodbyes before heading off. What helped is that they appreciated that death was a transition onto the inner planes, so there was no fear, anger, or trauma. Nor did they desperately try to hang on in a body that was too ill. Emotionally, they were at peace.

Emotions are important in death. Many years ago I had a sense that a much-loved elderly relative, was going to die, and they had about four months to live. I felt some preparation would help. They were still a bit active and mobile. They weren’t particularly religious or spiritual. They were kind and tried to be thoughtful in how they lived, which is pretty much a spiritual quality. I came across a book that would help me prepare.

In the 1980’s there was a book published called “The Tibetan book of living and dying” by Sogyal Rinpoche. In it there was a description of the Buddhist concept of the Bardo states. In Christian thinking there is the concept of heaven and hell, where souls go depending on whether the person has been “good” or “bad”, according to what other people determine is good and what is bad.

The Bardo states are more nuanced. There are several levels to them. There are several levels to the pleasant Bardo states, and there are several levels to the unpleasant going from the mildly depressing to the hellish. What determines where a soul goes is what they have done and the karmic consequences of that, and what the soul/person needs to go through to deal with those consequences, and also to deal with the energy of their emotions during dying, during leaving their physical body.

So if a person dies having being good overall, and they are happy and at peace, they go onto a positive level of the Bardo states for a while. If a person dies and has been negative in what they have done in their lives, they go onto an unpleasant Bardo states to repeatedly re-experience their actions to wear out the energy of that. Also, if a person is angry or fearful about their death, they go to a Bardo state to wear out that emotional energy before moving on. The same goes for feelings of addictions, they hang around on a Bardo state re-experiencing those sensations until they are used up.

The Buddhist concept of the Bardo states seems like a good explanation of what happens after death.

With regards to preparation, the Buddhists have prayers to prepare someone for death. These prayers clear any negative energy and provide positive emotional energy to alleviate any fear or anger at the time of death. The result is the person goes onto a positive Bardo state when they die. Prayers done properly and with focus are like light-filled words propelled by a loving intention, to bring about a positive change or situation.

I said the prayers for my relative daily for a couple of months, until it felt like time to stop. When the much-loved relative died I felt there to be a lot of peace about the death, and that they were happy with where they now were. For myself, I just felt a warm happiness for them rather than a sense of loss, as if the prayers I had done over time had worked on me, too.

With the recent deaths, for myself and for the friends who had died, there was the appreciation that death is just a transition and a part of the on-going journey of Life. We also held the concept of reincarnation, so we knew we had had many lives, and there were more to come, and we had died and been born many times. So what is there to worry about?

The best explanations of the reincarnation process and why it happens that I came across was by someone called Meher Baba. I found that understanding something of the reincarnation process stopped death from being a finality. I see it now as a transition we have done many times. I also found learning about reincarnation helped me to understand more of the big picture of what Life is all about. But that is another story.

How your karma and the Law of Opposites helps you grow

We reincarnate time and time again to experience life and grow in consciousness and understanding. Karma gives us experiences in Life through which our souls can learn and develop.

There are some spiritual laws that show up in karma that people have in a particular lifetime. The spiritual aim of the game of life is to get through the allotted karma for that life. One law is the Law of Saturation.  This means that a person gets saturated with one type of situation or experience in their life repeatedly until the soul is saturated with it. Or they may have as many lives as is required of a certain type of experience. For instance, a person can have quite a few lives (say, thirty or more) where they get to look after one particular person and develop their love and their heart centre. Once the person/soul has had enough then they move onto different karma with different situations happening.

Another law that applies a lot to karma is the Law of Opposites. This law often occurs in reincarnation. As an example, in one lifetime a soul can be in a female body, in the next lifetime the soul will be in a male body.

Another example, in one lifetime the soul can be in a personality that is very wealthy. In the next lifetime the soul can be in an existence where it experiences poverty. (The karma is different if a person has used their wealth for the benefit of others rather than being selfish). The Law of Opposites balances things out nicely, and to the soul it is all experience to learn from. That doesn’t mean to say that the personality enjoys the experience, as their attitudes and opinion of what they are going through depends on what the personality mind is like. If they have a “glass half-full” kind of mind, they will enjoy it.

Yet another example, a  person/soul can be an aggressor one lifetime and a victim in a future lifetime, quite likely with the same soul. Souls have tended to come into creation in soul families so a soul is likely to have come across the same souls repeatedly, but in different circumstances (friend, enemy, brother, sister, parent, child and so on). On the inner planes, a higher aspect of ourselves will arranging who comes down to do what and with whom. What goes on down here in creation is our karma being worked out with our fellow souls being involved in the goings-on as well.

The Law of Opposites can show up in other ways in the kind of lifetimes we have. Souls have lifetimes where they are linked to the dark lodge, where they learn about and experience lives getting up to no good. On the opposite, souls have lifetimes being linked to the white lodge, and doing good. The karma gets balanced out – usually.

Souls have lives where they are brilliantly clever, and lives where they are slow thinking. They have lives where the soul experiences what it is like to be physically beautiful and lives where they are not physically beautiful.

Where a soul has hurt or killed others in one or more previous lives, in other lives they do the opposite, in a healing capacity or saving lives, perhaps sacrificing their own lives to do so. In these ways, karmic debts are paid.

Souls will have lives where they are not interested in spirituality, and lives where they are (like this one if you are reading this).

There are many other examples of the rich variety of experiences and lives that the Law of opposites generates. What has been mentioned above is only a small part of what is possible, and doesn’t even include examples of lives a soul will experience in the mineral, plant or animal kingdoms.

New Spiritual Energy is Changing Humanity. Time for a New Root Race?

Everything, absolutely everything in Creation is changing, and irradiating differently than before. Vast amounts of Divine energy have been, and are being fed into all of Creation according to a Divine plan. This light and love is particularly being focused into and through this planet of ours, for reasons that most people don’t know about.

With the new inflow of energy, everything is vibrating and radiating in brighter and stronger ways: the stars, the planets, the galaxies themselves, the trees and flowers, the crystals and minerals. Some species of animals are irradiating in a new way, and of course humans are (especially children). The result is change, and everything is all stirred up as change happens. This change affects us all. It affects us as individuals, and as people living within societies in countries. It affects how we live and our thoughts and feelings. It affects how Nature interacts with us through the changing weather. On a personal level, it affects our very chakras or centres, and our auras.

What most people don’t know is that this planet is the home planet to five Perfect Masters whose job it is to look after Creation. Ever since Creation first came into being there have been five Perfect Masters and as one of them drops their body someone else replaces them in their role. Unique to this planet, the Avatar who is God in human form, incarnates between every four hundred to seven hundred years in major and minor incarnations. It is the Avatar who sets out the plan and who does the energy work while down here to make the major decisions for Creation, set out the timelines, and start things in motion. The Perfect Masters then take over the helm. The influence of the Avatar and the Perfect Masters is felt throughout Creation.

Humanity is an interesting form of life. Souls can incarnate into human form and follow this path through to reach the goal of God realisation. Humanity has evolved through history and ancient history. With each evolution new chakras or centres were developed, and became energetically active. The first ancient form of humanity was the Adamic root race which was etheric. The lowest centre, the base centre was the one being developed. The second root race was the Hyperborean root race, and the sexual centre became the focus. In the Lemurian root race the solar plexus centre started to become developed. The ending of one root race usually meant the physical demise of about 98% of the root race, which was a lot of change in a very short space of time, and the remainder becomes the seeds of the next root race. The souls of those that died out incarnated into the next root race.

Writing about the demise of people in this way, it is very matter of fact and doesn’t at all considering the personality aspect or emotions of those involved. The fourth root race, the Atlantrean root race took a spiritual wrong turn and invited in a spirit of evil. The Perfect Masters found it necessary to remove most of them in the Great Flood mentioned in the Bible. Humanity was reset and a start-over could occur. Most of the esoteric or occult knowledge was taken out of humanity and locked away on the lower mental levels where humanity couldn’t reach it until sufficient of them had developed enough wisdom and common sense to use it beneficially.

The next root race that came into being is the one that is currently in creation. This is the Aryan root race. Unlike the earlier root races it has the capacity to  think things through. There was / is a focus on energising the throat centre in the bulk of humanity. With the heart centre already developed, even though some people’s heart centres can be tiny, or even black, many people have the capacity for great love and empathy.

The next part of the Avataric plan involves massive changes in creation. In humanity, it is no longer about the development of one more centre, but of many more centres, each with a different quality. It is a great speeding up, so the sixth root race that is being started will be very different to our current one. Incarnating into this root race will be very interesting for us as we will think, feel and act in ways based on many centres, and not just the several that most people operate with at present.

The sixth root race will be a massive spiritual evolution from the fifth root race, and they will live in a Creation that has been and is being massively spiritually developed. How the change over from the Aryan root race to the sixth root race occurs remains to be seen. (New Root races in the distant future will have more chakras.)

So there are two processes going on at the same time, a change over of root races, and a huge spiritual push for Creation. With a changeover of root races, old timelines burn up energy, lose energy and die out. For the old root race everything becomes fragmented, broken down and stops working. Life becomes more complex, chaotic and difficult, and this is currently being experienced by people around the planet. People love safety, security, and familiarity. As fragmentation occurs, this is eroded. People then need to trust God, access the God within their hearts, and open to the new and create the new, and not looking to the old past for guidance. Each day is a new day.

The timelines for the new root race have already been developed and charged up by the Avatar, and looked after by the Perfect Masters. These timelines are already energetically apparent. What needs to happen for these to come about physically is starting to happen. The energy of these timelines is clear of twists, and they are filled with love, light and intelligence. There are many new developments in many areas of human life that hold this new energy, and people can become involved in the new.

Part of the spiritual development as a component of the plan is the introduction of New Law. This determines how life is to be. It determines how humanity and the individuals within humanity need to think and feel and act. New Law is loving and light filled. It involves being loving to others and all lifeforms, and respectful of others and all life. In future root races, newer energies will take all this to even higher levels.

Life as it is lived by most people in humanity at present and in the past was controlled mostly by Old Law. Many people don’t want to give up Old Law as it supports their way of life, and they find New Law very threatening. So there is an energetic battle going on that they can’t win. The powers that be internationally and in each nation want to remain the “powers that be”. There are bastions of Old Law to be found in politics, finance, business, the military, religion, and in every organisation where someone works to preserve their power base, influence and wealth, and exploit others. Old Law is based on fear, greed and the desire for power, whereas New Law is about Love, Light and Common Sense (leading to a quality called Sentiency).

Right now is a very mixed up time to be living in. (Great fun if you like going out in storms.)

How to thrive in it?

Getting onto the right timeline really helps. There is a new one for humanity set up called the Golden Pathway. Then there is trusting God, trusting the Divine. One key point is that as there are more centres available inside people to develop, the old spiritual information which was for the old model human won’t be anywhere near as useful as the new information to be found on the new timeline.

The key centre to have awakened is the heart centre. As that awakens, all the other centres come on line in due course. Heart based meditations open, develop and strengthen the heart centre. Not only does more love come into a person’s being, and into their life, it also wakes up that connection with God. As people have more love in them, they act in their life with more love and generosity. Essentially, more and more they are living the Golden Pathway. They can become agents of loving change for themselves and others.

Also, as part of the input of energy in humanity and the changes that have been made to people’s centres, the third eye of absolutely everyone within humanity is being opened up and stimulated. Using the third eye confidently takes a bit of practise, and most people’s third eyes need a bit of clearing. The clearing and the development of the third eye is fairly straightforward through regular meditations that work on clearing the centres and practising the use of the third eye. There’s no need to try to open the third eye as it is already open, it’s just a case of becoming conscious of that fact. Using the third eye gives a person more useful information about all manner of things. They can look at energies around them, check out the energies of banks, shops, and organisations, for example. It is useful for looking at the kinds of cordings you have to other people. It helps you to decide simple things like which route to take in the car depending on the quality of the thoughtform of each route (simply imagine it as a ball or cloud of energy and notice how colourful, bright or dull it looks). It can be used for checking the amount of life energy in fruit and vegetables. There are as many uses for your third eye as you can imagine.

Even as the old ways and the old root race are coming to an end, the new ways are already there for you to find, and to live as a new spiritual adventure.

Starlight meditation

This meditation is about starlight. In this meditation, the stars, like the ones in space, are going to be inside you, radiating out their energy.

The meditation uses multiple stars to provide the energy, each with a specific frequency, rather than one specific star. In this way you receive a wash of frequencies, rather like if you take a walk in the woods, you receive a wash of frequencies from all the trees rather than one (plus the ground and air and so on).

The Native American culture of a long time ago had a strong connection with all aspects of Nature and had an understanding of energy as spirit. Touching and assimilating energy means touching and assimilating different kinds of spirit. In this case the spirit of the stars.

The meditation may also have an ET feel to it, which is apt considering some of the people of Earth are starting to make beginning steps to get into space. (Though the understanding of space-time, materials and the maths to deal with these for fast space travel aren’t there yet. They are tucked away on the upper astral levels and mental levels, with glimpses and snippets falling down, landing in the minds of scientists and mathematicians.)

Read this first before trying:

Sitting upright in a comfortable position, let white light from high above flow onto you and through you, like a gentle stream of silent, glowing bright white light. Let this gentle white light wash out anything locked in the nerves, organs, bones and muscles into the ground.

Now imagine yourself in a forest clearing as twilight turns to a moonless night. The air is still, the air is silent. As that infinite sky up above grows darker, you see a multitude of stars becoming visible in the blackness of space. This blackness above has a spirit, and each and every star has a spirit.

As the black of space touches you with its calmness, the stars radiate their light and love like many songs and greetings. As more and more stars appear the stronger the touch and the starlight becomes.

As you look inside yourself you sense the blackness of space, with its silent and still calm, inside you. You feel what it is to be human in a more expanded way. Then stars appear inside you, like an image of what you sensed above. The stars inside become more numerous, and touch you inside with their starlight and song. The blackness of space, and the starlight, give you what you need. The stillness and calm soaks into your body. The starlight soaks into your body, heart and mind. Notice the stars in your hands and feet, in your arms and legs, and your body and head. Feel how your body feels for a while.

You look above to see the stars in the black of space.

White light from above touches you on the top of your head, and you feel your feet and your toes, and your hands and body, as the images recede.

Open your eyes.

Apart from hydrogen, the other atoms in your body have been made in stars, which have then exploded, and the atoms have been blown out into the space around. Some of these end up coalescing into planets, like this earth.

In a spiritual sense, stars are complex. They have a deva that is quite developed, and stars can host a being similar to the solar logos that is in our own sun. This is quite a role for a soul. Stars are spiritually important in our universe.

Why We Need Balance in Meditation

Doing a lot of meditation and being exposed to too much high frequency light can cause problems.

It can strip the body of minerals and nutrition, which causes other problems.

It can cause sensitivity to the energies that are around about us in life, such as the atmosphere in places, or the feeling and the vibe of others. This over stimulation is unpleasant and inhibits involvement with life.

Too much light causes people to become ungrounded, and also out of their body. It’s not self loving, and it doesn’t serve others.

Sensible meditation practice is the way; balanced, with a grounding lifestyle and a good diet with grounding food. That’s a helpful spiritual path. Being spiritual means being balanced (well, when we aren’t learning from falling over).
