A healing meditation filled with light

This a gentle healing and relaxing meditation, with a lovely energy. Sometimes gentle can help a healing go deep.

Find yourself  sitting in a very Beautiful place on moonless still night, sitting on the grassy ground in a hollow. You can hear the sound of water flowing in small stream nearby.

In the air around you are clouds of tiny white sparks that move gently and slowly. They light up the space with a gentle milky white glow.

The tiny white sparks seem to have an intelligence. A cloud of them move towards you, gently touch your face, your head, and your body. The white sparks gently flow through your skin, they gently light you up on the inside, spreading a healing, silent glow.

The cloud of tiny white sparks moves slowly away, lighting up another area of the grassy glade.

There are some clouds of light blue sparks. These too are intelligent. A cloud of these light blue sparks drifts around you. The light blue sparks touch the skin on your face, and land on your body, arms and head. The light blue sparks flow into you, into a core column of energy inside you which goes from around the top of your head to the base of your spine, and which is made up of fine lines of white light and light particles which move, shimmer and glow with pure energy, aliveness and consciousness. This vertical body of light is a core energy in you, neither male or female, timeless, going back into the distant past and into to the very far future.

The light blue sparks of light flow around, and in, and up and down this core column of light inside you, making this light inside you glow light blue, the glow flowing back in time and forward into the future. Let yourself feel the glow.

Now there are sparks of gold light gently moving in clouds. The tiny sparks of gold light gently land on you, soft as snowflakes, on your face, head, arms and body. The tiny gold sparks flow into you. They move into your nervous system, into your brain and spine and they flow along your nerves, bathing them in gold light. They ever-so-gently add some of their light to your nervous system, gently calming and energising it.

After a while, the clouds of gold sparks move off away.

The morning lights up the horizon as you sit and watch, and you can see more clearly the grassy hollow. The dawn comes as the sun rises bright to behold.

Now let the images fade.

Become aware of your body, and open your eyes.
